Really happy with the service from every single person I’ve dealt with. I had an issue and they gave me so many options to make sure I can do what I needed to do. The membership is a cool feature where you can collect points! Looking forward to getting facials and other services once the pandemic is over. My massage room was calming and warm and I felt very comfortable with the person! Will return.

To my surprise I received an email blast stating that my spa is currently doing facials??? I called to inquire and indeed they are offering full facials... we are in the middle of a global pandemic with strict restrictions that currently prohibit us from offering this service for the safety of our community and yet you feel that you are above that requirement? I’m completely in disbelief at your spas disrespect for the community and it’s safety! SHAME ON You! I’m totally moving my business!

I was having alot of pain in my back and shoukders. Booking the appointment online was so easy. Front staff were very friendly and my RMT was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout my treatment I feel so much better and will definitelybe going back. .

Most annoying part on this spa, you cannot reach them on the phone. They newer puck it up. Good things they will return your call . I did a facial with Amal. OMG.It was spectacular! She got my needs and answered all my questions and she was so knowledgeable and gave me so many advises and recommendations how i can treat my skin. I would highly recommend her for everyone!

Massage therapist was not the best as he used less oil, and he just didn't know how to use his hands I guess? I've gotten a hot stone massage and it was the best thing in the world but this location was a dissapointment. I'll probably checkout the hot and stone massage here and give another review but as for now, the introductory massage is not worth it.

Massage was just ok. Maybe a new place and new staff. The rmt was super nice but it felt awkward. Added the peppermint scalp massage... save your money. Not worth the $15 for 2 mins with a drop of peppermint oil. Definitely expected more. Likely won’t return except it is quite convenient so maybe a second go and a different style massage.

the online booking system is not working properly, it shows zero appointments available and no one answers the phone when i try to book. i would expect more from a new business in a new area. Each time I go to this appointment I feel a complete well rounded team approach to my comfort in having a massage. My therapist is amazing, professional while being very caring and going above to make my experience the best 10/10. If you have never had a massage...please treat yourself as I never did throughout my life and now that I do once every 6 weeks...I cannot wait till the next time. Call them NOW and enjoy your life. You are worth the experience!!!
