I was experiencing some major pain & swelling in my Achilles for a couple months and just staying off of it was not enough. My doctor recommended Physio and I wanted to find a place close to home & work. Decided to give this place a try and right from the first appointment with Tania & Ashley they knew exactly what to do! within a week I was walking much better, and after a couple months I am back to running again These ladies really know their stuff. Not only did they have the right treatment plan for me, they helped to build strength in my Achilles.

I was referred to Tania by a friend of mine as I had developed rather intense rotator cuff pain. Tania did a thorough job of assessing me and ultimately diagnosed my issue and developed a rehab plan that worked for me. Between the therapy sessions and the work given to me at home I’m well on my way to a quick and full recovery. I’ve had to go to Physio in the Durham region approx 3-4 different times over the past 15 years and Tania is by the best one I have gone to. She’s knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating to my schedule. I can’t say enough about Tania and her team and I highly recommend East Oshawa Physiotherapy to anyone. Thank you Tania!
