I started going to beauty beyond a few years ago for waxing services. The staff told me about there painless laser machine. Not to mention the cost of there laser services are amazing! Couldn't be happier with my results. I would recommend this place to everyone !

I've been going to BBSD for over a decade now, and the reason is simply I love it and the staff are amazing. Darby at reception is the sweetest, Heather and Angela are extremely professional and provide the best pedicures/manicures ,facials, waxing and laser services! Parking is not included due to the downtown location but I don't mind spending the few dollars to park"-) . I highly recommend BBSD if you want a place to go to relax and rejuvenate.

5 stars is ONLY for Angela! This place would have gotten 1 star if it hadn't been for her. I gave 5 stars because I don't want to hurt the business because of one staff member. Half my visit was wonderful and the other half was awful. Angela Fazio gave THE best head massage known to man! It was super relaxing and wonderful. However, the pregnancy massage I had was THE worst ever. It hurt, it wasn't peaceful, the masseuse talked the WHOLE time! Talked about her issues etc. I'm too polite to say 'please can you kindly stfu' haha It was supposed to be a relaxing pregnancy massage and it was everything but. I feel kinda of ripped off, as the massage wasn't cheap. However, I'd go back just for the head massage from Angela! You're professional, and talented.

Just had the oxygeneo facial and eye lift. What a great service! Not your average facial... my skin feels hydrated, smooth & plumped. My eyes even look more open, my skin feels like heaven.???? Took home some biophora skincare to maintain this glow between my treatments. Cant wait for my next one.

What an amazing place. My first massage ever. I left feeling like Jello. Everything moved the way it was meant to move. LOL I had been experiencing some serious muscle cramping in my neck and shoulders and when I left the cramping was done and has not returned. It has been 6 weeks since the massage and I have had surgery in the meantime and still feel the effects. Will I go back You bet I will. Thanks to Angie who recommended.the Spa and to Justine who gave me a great massage. PS. I was so surprised at how unintrusive the massage was.

Excellent facial and overall customer service!! Melissa did an amazing job! The atmosphere is beautiful and very relaxing. I wish they were located on a main floor as it's not accessible. Anyone with mobility issues wouldn't be able to enjoy the services offered.

At first I was impressed with the timing and look of the spa. Got my service done and left happy rose did mention she would move fast but I thought she would do smaller patches on some areas of my Brazilian waxing..I get home and I am day later I notice there's some burning looked at a mirror and saw that a good patch of my skin was taken off and it was red !! Not only that she also missed two patches that should have been taken out !! Sure she was kind but the service could have been much better ! It was bothering me so much I paid alot to get my skin ripped off as well as patches left behind!!! Horrible ! Also she didn't even clean my skin like all normal spas should and they knew it was MY FIRST time coming in and never had me fill out any sort of form what if I had any health concerns or allergies ! Like omg !!

I was surprised to see that Beauty Beyond Skin Deep has moved the location of their front door. Made an appointment recently after a long time away, and tried to find the old entrance to BBSD on Celina Street, but found it is now located on Athol Street, right next door to Jimmy Quaco's. This may be helpful to those who, like me, might have been wondering how to get in! Of course, inside BBSD is still luxurious and beautiful!
