Made appointment for consultation only to be told that my name was on the system but no appointment had been scheduled . If they bumped me off for some other existing patient , I could understand if I had been notified and rescheduled . Great first impression , considering I lost time, money from work for this . Lesson learned .

I have been to physio before and picked this clinic because I thought it specialized in sport recovery. I had a running injury and I went here for help. My physio doc was clueless and did a poor and minimal assessment of my injury. I got 4 exercises/stretches. When i came back he had no input and basically I paid for him to use the Electronic machine. He was not thorough nor was he knoedgeable. I was shocked. i have since gone to another physio. My new doc did a full assessment, he was thorough and knowlegeable. I am happy with my new doc but I wasted time and money on this clinic.
