I had amazing results with Marie who fixed me up as quick as possible so I was able to work again. While I was there I thought I would try the massage that the company also offers and now I am hooked as a regular customer. Great company !

Lots of different RMT's, you're bound to find one you like. They are flexible and often if something urgent comes up I can get in within a day or 2. I also have done physio with Mari and she's super easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and understanding. Direct billing for most insurance companies makes paying quick & simple. Friday, August 1st, 2014.....My wife had been experienciencing severe pain in her lower back and right leg for close to a week. I tried all the home massaging, warm pads and several unconventional means and I remembered this place from a time a few years ago when I was in serious pain and saw their sign in passing so naturally I dropped in.... and as GOD IS MY WITNESS....They accomodated me and I saw this beautiful Chiropractor .....and she did some checking and some adjusting.... and I walked out of there a little sore but much relieved ....Anyway..today my wife was smiling with the relief from their treatment....and I'd say that they're AWESOME....and pricing was very fair............and Nice and courteous Service. I'm generally happy with this place because little things irrelevant to the massage I'm receiving (e.g., attitude of the stuffs; professionalism at play) usually don't bother me as much as they may bother a lot of people. I've been going for massage there for 2 years now, I've had Shelby for 90% of the sessions and had Ahmed once, they are both great at what they do. Until today I was assigned to a person named Joshua, who is possibly one of the most awkward person I've ever seen in the service industry of this sort. Honestly, I couldn't care less about the personality of the masseuse, as long as they appear to be caring and attentive, but this person is cold as an iceberg: he said 3 things with a stiff face 1)How are you 2) what can i do for you 3)face down, these are the exact words. It's almost comical to think about it in an aftermath. Moreover, he's got these freezing hands and also is horrible at giving massage: just one technique, and doesn't check with you about whether the pressure is good or care about your well-being as a customer. When I acquired another technique he slammed the door and left. That being said, It's probably partly my fault because I wanted to give other masseuses a try in order to discover potential hidden gems, instead of always going back to the ones I know are good. I'm giving 4 stars because of Shelby and Ahmed's services, but keep in mind that the standards of this treatment centre really fluctuates depending on the specific service provider.

No zero star options... Went there as a walk in as they advertise in her street sign. They barely acknowledge my presence at the counter, a young lady told me the next opening for massage was 3 days away. And for physiotherapy, they don't have a physiotherapist... Not going back, poor service, false advertising.

I get it Deep Tissue Massage is in. But when you ask for just a relaxing massage and you are being "forced" to get a deep tissue massage because "that's what is good for you". I didn't want physiotherapy but a relaxing spa moment. I did not get that and my back still feel the same if not worse. Also, maybe it's grumpy me, but since when massage therapists started chatting as much as hair cutters??? For 80+ dollars an hour I am very disappointed. Otherwise polite staff.

I’ve been getting treatments here since 2016 when I was assaulted at work a s left with neck, back and shoulder injuries. I’ve used Physio, Chiro and Massage. Everyone has been amazing. I still use massage and chiro - if you are Like me and don’t like having services in multiple different locations or you are just seeking one service, this is where you want to be. They will take great care of you. The front desk folx have always been just as amazing.

I have been to The Health Network for massage therapy, chiro, and physio. The staff is amazing, professional, and very caring. No matter what I came in for they listened, took the time to help me, and made me feel comfortable as if I was at home. The minute I walk in I am greeted with a smile and taken care of right away. Even if I was having a rough day the staff cheered me up and gave me an ear to listen to what I had to say. They are truly the best establishment I have ever been to.

I've attended the Health Network twice for physio therapy, so far no complaints. However, I had a massage and it was so extremely disappointing. My main complaint was that I asked for an all over body massage and the massage therapist only worked on my shoulders and back. I kept waiting for her to work her way down my arms, lower back and legs but to no ....that didn't happen. Although we discussed the type of massage I wanted at the start of the appointment, I'm left wondering if this therapist listened to me at all. I expected good things because many of my friends recommended to get a massage here. I feel I wasted my money Now I'm reluctant to return to physiotherapy at the Health Network.

Because I am old now, a while back I went to bed and slept funny, waking up with a locked right shoulder. I started seeing Sheena for physio. She is such a talented and knowledgeable physiotherapist. Within 3 treatments my shoulder was returning to functionality. I also started seeing Josh for massage, and he is also wonderfully talented at massage. Between Sheena and Josh, my shoulder is so much better! Kellon and the front staff are so friendly and welcoming when I arrive. The clinic itself is a great space. And their covid precautions are great. I am so very glad I found out about this place - I will never stop going!

I had session with Krystal for 60 minutes the other day. She's very good at what she does, very thorough. I haven't been for a massage in a few years, and Krystal relieved some of my pain. I'm looking forward to more work being done by her to get back to normal, and the good conversation made the hour fly by! This place can get you in fast, and their therapists know what they're doing. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I was referred by a friend, she really knows what she's doing. The relief i was feeling immediately. Not to mention her patience having brought my young daughter with me to the appointment. Jeremie is a great RMT. I've gone to him for several sessions over the past couple months, and had a great experience each time. He is attentive to your trouble spots / pain areas, and will give you the type of massage you want. Great part is that he was willing to try out new techniques. Receptionists have always been friendly, and scheduling has been easy. Direct billing to my insurance company makes the whole process convenient. I'll see you guys in 2019!

I've been going to the Health Network for over 15 years. Every time I call for an appointment, the person answering the phone is always friendly and polite. When I arrive, I am greeted immediately with genuine smiles. The atmosphere within the facility is always upbeat with laughter and happiness. The facility is always clean, tidy, and looked after quite well. The personnel is caring, attentive, and well trained, whether for physio or massage. They listen and ask the necessary questions, while always looking after my best interest. Booking my next appointment is always quick and easy. The staff are excellent and are clearly chosen for their skill. 3 different RMTs all who have been fantastic, and Mari Udarbe has provided both physiotherapy and acupuncture. Absolutely the worst massage I've ever gotten. The massage was supposed to be an hour long, but only lasted 45 minutes which I discovered after it was over. I specified that I wanted relief on my extremely tight back but my back feels no different right now if not worse. Plus a few of the the staff weren't polite. I do not recommend this place for a massage.

In general the health network was a nice experience. The aptmosphere was quante and elegant. The staff were kind and effecient. The massage itself was very nice and relaxing to a point. Unfortunately staff members congregated near my room door and I had to listen to the employees joke and laugh.

Ashley is ALWAYS kind, understanding, professional and organized. She works hard to ensure the clinic is well represented and it shows. This is one of the only clinics I know that can take SAME DAY appointments! Which is so helpful for people with hectic unpredictable schedules. The clinic is decorated with tasteful, modern decor and is friendly and inviting. I have referred many, many friends and family members to the health network, and can't imagine going anywhere else!!! Being a newcomer to London and trying to find a wellness clinic that provides multiple therapies i.e. Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Reiki and Acupuncture can be a scary experience! Who can you trust? Since my families first visit to The Health Network nearly a year ago, I cannot say enough about this Wellness Clinic. They were and always are friendly, provide same day appointments (WHERE CAN YOU FIND THIS??) Living in the GTA my experience has been that you have to wait... The Health Network has always accommodated my family within the same day. They are very friendly and TRULY DO CARE!! I have a history of back and neck issues and when you are in pain and have difficulty doing even simple tasks you need care providers that really are professional, and care about their patients. This has always been the case here. I have not had very good experiences at other locations and I will always trust the professionals at The Health Network. Was skeptic whether the physio would help my tennis elbow. But too a try it and see attitude and visited the physio-therapist at The Health Network. Mari Udarbe, the therapist, was professional and friendly, explaining all the therapeutic steps and providing simple exercises for between sessions. The therapy worked. I was able to play tennis by the 2nd session. I was still losing my games but it was pain free ;-). I highly recommend Mari and the Health Network.

The staff are very professional and polite. The place is exceptionally clean and well kept. They can book you in quickly if need be. Madison was the RMT treating me and she was lovely!
