You NEED to ask for Morgan. She is very knowledgeable, and has tons of experience. I feel like all my knots are gone, and have full mobility in my neck after two years of it being stiff. If I could name a perfect massage...this is it. Can’t wait to come back to try cupping, and a few thousand more deep tissue massages. I’m totally in love. I drove here from Leamington, and it has been worth every second of the drive. I’m hooked and never going anywhere else.

So I booked and made an appointmentThe next day I got there at 10:15am. They wanted me to be 15 minutes early. I waited there for 1 hour. Nobody came outside or anything. I rang the doorbell and knocked on the door nothing also called five times. Terrible experience. I dont recommend.

I waited 3 weeks to book an appointment with Danielle; the owner, and cleared my schedule to do so. When I arrived, I was greated by another therapist who said they’d be doing my treatment as Danielle was not available today. I was not given a phone call or even an email to advise of the change. I was a first time client and have many health ailments and was referred to Danielle specifically from a friend in hopes that she would be able to help me. This was my first and last time attending this business as any business that operates this way - especially when dealing with health issues, is extremely unprofessional. On a side note, I would like to add that this has nothing to do with the therapist in place of Danielle as this was not her error and she was pleasant.

Set an appointment for my boyfriend to get a massage and he sat in the parking lot for 25 mins waiting to go in. He never got a massage he has horrible back pain. We got up early to go. We tried calling the business while in the parking lot 8 times with no one answering the phone. Will not being going back to this establishment very poor customer care
