They charge $40+ to use a sauna that's generally free at sports/ rec centers and gyms . Might as well buy a home sauna it's cheaper

We have been taking our daughter (7) to salt therapy since she was 2, with great success! Early on in life she struggled with winter flu/cold season and after several rounds of antibiotics when she was 1.5 yo, she was diagnosed with viral asthma. A co-worker referred us to Salt Therapy and we have been going ever since! We have completely (within first year of treatments) removed the need for puffers and have been antibiotic free for the last 3 years! She loves playing in the salt, and we love the results! We continue our winter sessions and enjoy a less hectic cold/flu season! Highly recommend for anyone with littles who struggle with similar issues.

My infrared sauna experience was exceptional. It’s a private room with a beautiful sauna, shower and ability to bluetooth your phone for audio in the sauna. Lovely staff & thoughtful touches: water provided and refrigerated towel for post-sauna. The experience far surpassed my expectations.
