It has been months since my appointment but I had a gift card for a full body massage and I was very disappointed and probably won’t ever get a massage again. The person that helped me was very talkative which is the last thing that you want when trying to relax. It wasn’t a very good experience especially for my first massage ever.

I had a massage booked for 5:15 and took about 4 weeks to get an evening appointment which I was good with. I arrived for my massage before my appointment time but no massage therapist was present. After waiting 5 min to be let in, still not see the girl I was scheduled with. Another person checked me in and said she should be out in a few min. 10 min later she went to see where my therapist was and came back to tell me that she is treating someone else who just walked in and said they had a 5:15 appointment. She didnot ask name to see if was the right person.So I guess appointments mean nothing nor your Time. They offered me a free massage but it's so much more than that. I need to take time off from work and make other arrangements . I refused the free massage and will never be returning there.

I have been coming here for a year now and they never disappoint. I have seen a few different therapists and all have been professional, caring and knowledgeable in their field. I would highly recommend Parkway Massage to anyone. The treatment rooms give you a spa like felling and are comfortable. Lots of parking and easy to get to.

Was hoping for a deep pressure massage and was talked into trying "Ashiatsu". If you're not familiar, neither was I, the therapist walks on your back. I could have had my 5 year old do that for me at home. I was uncomfortable and had to tell my therapist several times I didn't think I wanted to be massaged that way ,but she continued. I left feeling more pain than I had when I came in! If you're looking for a regular massage do not come here.

I got a massage my rmt lindsay, wasnt nearly enough pressure for a deep tissue massage... also massage was booked for 12:00-12:45 . She let me in room told me to undress. She showed up 10.mins later at 12:10. Massage ended at 1240. I was dressed and out of room at 12:42 payed for a 45 minute massage . NOT 30MIn was completely disappointed. Oh well try somewhere else.
