She had a very calming demeanour, and she always used the perfect pressure without me having to say anything. She was professional and polite. When my massage was done I felt much more relaxed and felt so much so better! I I’ve had messages before but she, hands down, was the best masseuse I’ve ever encountered.

The massage therapist NEVER SHOWED UP. I was truly disappointed. It looked like things had been confirmed and in order and the day came and went with no masseuse. I get a call 2 days later saying she forgot. They were apologetic but it was little consolation for me or my guests who took the time to sign up and were looking forward to the service.

Anaya, the massage therapist always arrives early to set up and be ready; she has such a pleasant disposition and does great work. I have had so many comments from employee's about how much they love her!! We have had OnSite come to us for chair massages the past three years now, and have been lucky to have Anaya each time (upon request!). I would recommend OnSite Health to anyone - especially those looking to organize workplace massage events. Seamless and well worth the reasonable rate they have.

I'm not sure if all the massage therapists were following the same steps, so this opinion is my personal one and does not apply to anyone therapist in particular. And it certainly does not mean the Therapist who gave me the massage performed poorly. I found it a lot different as compared to our Massage last year and over the previous years. I noticed that out of 15 mins, almost 9 mins of the time the Therapist was only lightly rubbing her palm on my mid & upper back in a circular motion, instead of actually massaging. So the Actual massage was only about 5-6 mins. I believe the massage session should be atleast 20mins and out of that the muscle reaxing be done for around 5-6 mins.

We worked with Onsite Health to provide RMT practitioners at 5 major outdoor events this summer across Canada. In Quebec City, Montreal, Whistler, Canmore, and Ottawa we were provided with a fabulous local RMT who was professional, personable, and talented. At all events the reps were on time and worked hard all day long managing busy queues and worked in hot weather with short breaks. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would jump at the chance to work with Onsite Health again! It is a fantastically run company with capabilities to staff your event of any size, at any location in Canada. Best in class for on-site RMTs!
