I would not recommend going to this place and get your massage done from Wioletta. She talks too much and have lot of political views and the information which is not required. I didn't feel relaxed at all. I also found out in the massage session that she was not vaccinated. You should inform your clients beforehand about these things in the Covid time.

Went for an hour massage. Place was clean, and quiet. Wioletta was my RMT. Excellent massage. Focused on the area's I had asked about. Nice conversation throughout. Direct billing to my insurance. Great experience. Will definitely be going back.

I wish I could give a better review because the place was clean and her hands and technique were good but Wioletta talked way too much about her personal politics and views. Made me feel uncomfortable.Please keep religion and politics and theories out of the conversation with clients!

I've tried a few massage places and seriously no one is as good as the owner of MMTC! She is super friendly and really does an excellent job! I highly recommend coming here and booking a 1-hour hot stone massage, you will leave feeling so nice and light!!

The therapist was racist. Very disappointed. Was commenting that she doesn't like "indian" people, while massaging me. I'm Indian!! Her comments were completely unacceptable and I will never go there again.

I thought a massage was supposed to be relaxing. I booked a 90 minute massage. For the entire duration , she kept talking leaving no gaps in between for me to enjoy my massage. She also kept taking breaks in between her animated talks which she was more deeply engrossed in. My session started 6:20 ish but she ended it well at 7:30. I'd not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing massage. If you are looking to relieve stress - this is not the place for you. I am definitely not going back to listen to somebody else's 2 cents.

The service was poor and rude . My fiancée was not relaxed as his therapist talked all the time about strange topics,but most therapists do not talk I got this as a gift and was ripped off . They don’t even have a receptionist. When someone does a good job you would go back to them and he said no he would try another place . Also they are unwelcoming the location is shady, no ambiance. This is not a spa it is an office with three dingy rooms . No music or lighting etc .. I would like my money back - as the website is not a good representation. I will consider bbc

This was by far the worst massage experience of my life.The woman kept talking about deep state and weird conspiracies and it was very uncomfortable. I dont like to make speculation, but I am not comfortable sharing my information with them. She sound like a trump supporter and a beleiver of QAnon conspiracies, which to me is a concern. Will never recommended this place to anyone.

Called to explain why I missed my appointment at 11 am. Explained I was in the hospital due to a surgical complication, not something I could have seen coming unfortunately. Receptionist Then asked me not to miss appointment/s because it wasted their time. —— I then went on again how obviously I did not expect to end up in emergency over night. —- I’ve also noticed a few bad reviews regarding their professionalism. Seems like this particular company is in it more for the money than to build relationships or actually help people. Photo for proof (more for them)

Don’t book with Wioletta (the owner). She’ll just keep on talking until your massage ends, not relaxing at all plus she smells like smoke, horrible! I felt cheated. She should not be doing massage anymore. Past experiences with Claren were great. So try to book with Claren.

I have been coming to Claren Manzares for years now and can not express how amazing she is! She’s so amazing at what she does. She has helped me throughout my back injury. She’s always so caring and knows exactly how to release the stiffness and knots. She literally has magical hands. I have referred numerous people to her over the years and haven’t heard one negative review. Super thankful to have met Claren. Overall central location, comfortable office and very relaxing!

Worst massage I have ever received. The masseus Violetta spoke the entire time and seemed very distracted, barely any pressure, and she even stopped massaging at times because she was so focused on what she was talking about. It was not relaxing and did very little to releive muscle tension. I have been going for massages regularlly for five years and this was honestly the worst masage service I have received.

Called in to book an appointment for 30 mins. Receptionist was rude and "said she was doing me a favour as they don't do 30 min appointments due to covid". I said okay thanks for the favour and expected to show up for my appointment. I never got a confirmation text or email, hence called in a day before confirming I had an appointment for the next day. They confirmed. Showed up the next day, and they said my appointment was booked for the previous day and was marked a no show. It didn't just end there. The lady then proceeded to yell at me , tell me how It wasn't their fault and she could never make a mistake and it was all my fault. I asked - Does this mean I can't be slotted in for today. With utmost attitude she rolled her eyes and said NO. I just walked out and told her how ridiculous I thought this behaviour of hers was and that this was one of the worst experiences I have had. Never going here again, should have taken the cue after that rude and unwelcoming first phone call.

Asked for a relaxing massage and I got one. It was really nice. Clean environment as well. Parking in the building for an hour was $10. If there is additional parking somewhere else that is cheaper, I would go there.
