The massage was good and customer service was good to. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because after accepting the schedule massage appointment, the therapist cancel the day before. Has it was a wedding anniversary gift this was a huge disapointment. Afterward, we kept on scheduling other time until both party were available (2h) but during that process, my 90m massage was lost and a 60m massage was accepted instead. So second disapointment but I'm at fault here caus I accepted the change without realising it. Anyway, good option since wemassage work with massageclub.

I've been calling/emailing Massage Club, for a week now, to know about the status of a therapy session I booked/paid through their app and, after getting No Answers from them, to get a cancellation of the service and a refund. When calling, I always get a recording that sends me to a voicemail or to go to their website, even when I try other options that aren't customer service. Based on what says in their website, I thought it was going to be easier to book a massage therapy with them than with other providers. Specially because they say they are a 5 stars service, quick an easy. Communication is awful. About 10 minutes after I booked the session, I got an offer through the app for 4 hours later than the time I booked it for (they offered 5pm instead of 1pm), so I declined it. That's the only "contact" I've had with them and never got a confirmation for my therapy session, even though I already paid for it. Is this a Scam? Do they basically have my money sitting there with them until they decide to appear? When would this be? How is this a 5 stars service? I'm still waiting for an answer and a Refund! Based on this experience, who would want to recommend them?

, you book online, there is no email confirmation, you call and nobody answer because customer service doesn't exist by phone, and just listen to recorded message, then you have to send email, it is awful because when you are ready at home for services they reply to your email and will say we have no confirmation of your order so they tell you have rebook and this circle happened for me two time ,they always don't know that they can provide services or not, . so do not order service with them. no customer service ,no massage, .

Booking was a little bit of an issue, but it was short notice. But overall good experience. Purdey was absolutely fabulous. Both my 10 year old daughter and I really enjoyed our massages and can’t wait to do it again

My experience with Massage Club worked out quite well. 5 STARS! The lady arranging the booking was very nice! MY therapist “Lisa” was fantastic! Best massage ever – Feeling ten years younger! Lisa also shared a few helpful stretching tips that, when employed, reduced some of my chronic pain! In addition to allowing for more flexibility. Thanks so much, Lisa - Would love to have you back for more therapy- will be in touch. Still in the market for a reflexology treatment - Will book. Best, Matt & Kendell

I recently used Massage Club for the first time. I had originally purchased just a one month pass to test it with the intention of joining their annual plan if I liked it. Needless to say I'll be joining the annual plan. The massage was very easy to book with their online system. I did have a question at one point regarding the areas covered and needed to reach out to their customer support team and they were very nice and responded quickly to my request. Can't wait to book my next massage.

This is the worst service - I booked a massage on Saturday that was not confirmed but they charged my card the $140 anyways. After receiving an email that my massage could not be confirmed, I rescheduled my massage for yesterday and they sent another email saying it could not be confirmed again. I have called multiple times, emailed multiple times, and left voicemails and no one will answer. I want a refund of my $140 that was charged with no massage given. This is the worst service and I will never use this company.

I've used this service multiple times. I've always had a good experience, no issues. Of course you have to give reasonable notice for a RMT to show up at your door, it's not Amazon Prime, we're dealing with real people here. Customer service is fast to respond and helpful. They always do their best to get you someone at the time you request. Massages have been great. I used both the couple's package and singles package. I'll continue to use the service and even thinking of arranging one for my office.

I was on vacation one week and sent them a message giving them dates, times and all the required information. I was available all day, for 5 days that week. They had more than enough to fulfill my request, however didn't hear back from them till the following week - when I was back at work. Didn't seem to care at all that they were 8 days late on the their reply. Horrible. Go to Massago or Soothe instead.

We had brought this company in to my office last year and I was impressed, so I decided to book an in home massage. They were unable to find a therapist for the day I requested and asked me to rebook; so I did. They were unable to find a therapist for that date either, so I emailed them asking about a refund. No response. I called them and left a VM (doesn't seem to be a way to get a human on the phone), no response. Emailed them again. No response. Just left another VM with them and am waiting on a response. This is over the course of a week. I simply refuse to believe that no one could have contacted me within a week. While I found the therapists that came to my office to be professional and very nice, this lack of response has me infuriated as they charge you the fee up front *without* making sure a therapist is even available. I'll continue to go after my refund, but will book elsewhere, and will make sure everyone at my office is aware of the "service" I got. *Edit in response to the below comments from the company; In regards to "We aim to provide prompt and reliable on-demand service, however confirmation is dependant on preferences chosen and availability when booking and this can be limited in certain areas" The website said that they serve the Hamilton area, and they rather clearly have *limited" service in this area. That in and of itself would have been fine if they had *clearly* stated this. " Both your satisfaction and appointment confirmation is guaranteed or your money back, so you always have that peace of mind when scheduling with us" This is, in *my* experience, simply not true. If I had that "peace of mind", they would have contacted me much sooner. "We sent you communications by email yesterday and again today" This is accurate, and in Massage Club's defence, it did indeed appear in my Spam folder. That said, their first response to me after two emails and a phone call was *days* after I made contact. It is further an issue that there does *not* appear to be a way to contact an actual human being via the phone number. As of this writing, Massage Club claims that the refund has been processed on their side, and I understand it will take a few days to come back to me. I will respond further when it happens; assuming it does. *Additional edit My refund did indeed appear. However, based on my experience with them, I will *not* be using this company again, nor will I recommend it to my friends, co-workers or you Google reader.

So the first time I wanted to book because I had hurt my back thinking that could help it, turns out the ambulance was taking me away the minute the therapist was coming, I had no choice but to pay for an unused appnt. I wish I could of received a refund seeing as how I rebooked two days later.

Don't waste your time or money on this scam!! Administration is terribly incompetent - our 10am appointment was cancelled at 5:30am day-of. Administration suggested we reschedule, even with this appointment scheduled 6 months in advance. 1/2 RMTs showed up, so the 'couple's massage' took twice as long, throwing a wrench into the rest of the day's plans. The massage itself was great, but not worth the stress leading up to it! ETA: the company DID NOT resolve the issue, I did as their customer. See photos of the day's exchange.

I booked a massage, but unfortunately they were not able to service due to last minute booking. That's understandable. However I was still charged on my credit card for the 2 massages. It was $240 and I have emailed 3x to have them reverse the charges, and have had no response from the company. Why are you charging people for services that were not rendered? What a scam!

I contacted this service for my partner. They made it seem as though it was really easy to have an in home service. After taking my payment first and no contact at all we received a text message 30 min before the scheduled appointment. We attempted to rebook, yet again same situation last minute it was cancelled. Calling these people for a refund and you can never get through to speak to someone. IM SURE ITS A SCAM!!! I also sent an email a week ago, yet again no response. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS SERVICE, save yourself the hassle of having to attempt to reverse the charge via the bank. I wish I had read the previous reviews before booking, as they stated similar situations.

I wish I could give one star. Absolutely no luck booking a massage and no response by phone or email when trying to get a refund. Customer service is alway “busy.” I’m honestly exhausted at this point and might just call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Waste of time. All I wanted was to treat myself and my husband to a nice massage.

BE AWARE GUYS!!!! THIS IS A SCAM. I have booked a massage therapy on friday and I paid online. They kept on sending the messages to rebook, which I did 6 times and still no one is assigned by them (this is monday afternoon) Tried calling them 11 times, not picking up phone. Asking to leave a voicemail. Left several voicemail. Sent email, no reply. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL ENDED UP LOOSING MONEY.

**SCAM** this company is a scam, be aware. I booked two massages online, received no confirmation from them, I tried calling multiple times with no success. It seems like they have a phone line just to make them seem legitimate. I went through every single option on the phone, hoping to reach anyone who represented their company. Every single option brings you to a message telling you either to go to their website, or to email them. This company has 0 customer service. I did end up emailing them and I never received a reply from them. On their website, I still haven’t been assigned to a massage therapist. This is one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve had with a company. I’m looking forward to the their response on Google Reviews where they pretend they care about the situation.

STAY AWAY from this business. Please read all the reviews first and avoid making the same mistake I did. There is a reason that they have so many 1 star reviews. Do not trust anything they claim or say. Communication is poor and the service is non-existent. Professionalism and integrity are questionable at best. Still trying to get my money back for a booking that they failed to honor.

I bought a gift card from Massage Club in May 2020 with the hopes of booking a massage for my wife on Mothers Day. Not only was the Mothers Day massage booking cancelled, but so were the next 4-5 bookings. I've had a very frustrating experience with Massage Club, especially because you have to wait till the day of your requested booking to see the booking is cancelled. On top of that, whenever I called the customer service I was never able to speak to anybody and they asked me to leave a voice mail everytime. I no longer have the patience to see another booking cancelled. I want the gift card refunded.

I used this service to book a massage for my partner who is currently living on the other side of the country. The booking process was very simple and straight-forward and made it super easy to schedule and pay for the massage. Although there were a few snags with the massage therapist, I would definitely use Massage Club again for book massages.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! First things first I've been trying to get a massage for the last 3 days. Not being able to walk had limited how much I can drive and get around hence I looked for a in home option, upon booking I was unaware of how difficult it was going to be to arrange a time and date that suited my day, anyway this arrangement had been changed multiple times and nothing was resolved. I have been speaking with some one who I must say responds very quickly however not with a confirmation. Instead of requesting a full refund Sunday night I thought I'd see if I could have it arranged for today (as I've already paid and am out 120$) I've been in communication with them, them saying it's more than enough time to find some one, now @430 they tell me this is not a possibility and we would need to book at least a day in advance. I must say I'm disappointed and feel lile I've had my time wasted my initial need for the massage is going untreated and will now have to find a local rmt who can help Wouldn't really recommend this as ur going to spend lots of time when you could find a local RMT or masuuse
