I go to Lifemark for massage therapy and have had the best experiences. The staff has been very helpful with scheduling and billing requirements and options. The clinic appears very clean and well-organized. I see Cassandra MacKinnon for massage therapy. She has a lovely, relaxing room where I feel very comfortable. I appreciate how quickly Cassandra identifies troublesome areas and focuses on what is bothering me most versus going through the motions of a "standard routine". She has an amazing way of providing an intense therapeutic experience, while keeping me relaxed. She's a true talent and I'm grateful to have found her!

My Physiotherapist Navneet Sidhu and my main exercise therapist Kortney went over and above on every visit to make me feel comfortable with the exercises I was given and always ensured that I was not in pain while still encouraging me to reach my goals. I would absolutely recommend Lifemark Lasalle for any treatment needed.

My insurance company referred me to Lifemark Lasalle following a car accident. This was my first injury and it was a very challenging time for me. The staff were kind, sympathetic and understanding. They were knowledgeable and helpful in setting up a treatment plan for me and also helped me complete and submit the overwhelming amount of paperwork required by my insurance company. Jordan, David and David helped me recover from my physical injuries, using chiropractic care, kinesiology and massage therapy. They always knew exactly where the painful areas were and how to make them feel better. Justin provided visual, vestibular and cognitive rehab along with a lot of emotional support to help me recover from my concussion. My recovery has not been easy, but the staff have been supportive and encouraging every single visit. Never judgmental and always patient...even when I cried my eyes out every week in Justin's office...lol. Thank you Lifemark!

LifeMark physiotherapy services are covered by OHIP. It takes months, generally, to get called after one's doctor refers, but, in my case, it wasn't urgent that I start physio immediately. LifeMark staff, procedures, sessions are all outstanding and excellent.

I visited LifeMark Lasalle this past summer for a couple sessions with Cassandra MacKinnon, RMT. I hadn’t been for a massage in a very long time, she was very attentive to my problem areas, and was able to pinpoint and work them accurately. Her professionalism and the time she took with me prior to our first session was really second to none. It’s obvious that she not only does this for a living, but truly cares for the well being of her clients/patients. The LifeMark Lasalle atmosphere was really impressive with how attentive, friendly, and caring everyone was to their clients/patients. I give LifeMark Lasalle 6 out of 5 stars. Keep up the good work, and thank you very much Cassandra.

I have been a patient here for 3 months now, and Rachel has brought me a long way with regard to my pain management & leg strengthening pending a knee replacement. She is so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have never felt rushed and she answers all my many questions and concerns. I feel blessed that I ended up with Rachel. I am not a patient of Derek’s, but he has always made time for my acupuncture & to also answer questions. He has to juggle time with me all the while working on his own patients. Dan has also helped out with my procedures, and is also very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with - a real asset to this staff. Everyone from Lisa at the front desk to all the other staff are all so friendly and helpful, it’s a real pleasure to go there. I chat with other patients while I’m there, and everyone seems to have the same opinion as me. A five star experience in my book!!

I have used the Lifemark Lasalle after a couple of injuries over the last 10yrs. The staff have always been great to deal with and are very friendly. The facility has had a fresh makeover in the last couple of years and is keep very clean. If I need any future need for phsio I would not hesitate to use their services again.
