I herniated a disk about 3 years ago. Spent a summer on crutches with the disk pressing against a nerve. It was HELL! I saw an RMT and it made the issue worse. (not his fault) I gave up on RMT's for 3 years. Today I met Aaron. SUPER nice guy. He actually came out and met me in the parking lot to be sure I knew where to park. Who does that? (Aaron does) After going inside, we went through the basic ritual of the intake forms. He wasn't rushed. Listened to everything I had to say. Asked the right questions. I was MOST impressed. We did some minor chatting during the 90m session but he wasn't pushy or annoying., He let me relax and checked in periodically to make sure there were no issues. I am defiantly going back. I live in South Etobicoke but it was worth the drive to mid-town. He billed my insurance directly so I didn't have to worry about payments. Again, SUPER nice guy who knows what he's doing. I would absolutely recommend him.

I’ve been a fitness professional for over 10 years And an athlete for about 5+ years. I know the importance of wellbeing and taking really good care of my body— not just by working out and staying physically active but also for recovery and overall atonement purposes (injury, stress on muscle etc). Pre Massage Slight difficultly finding parking, should have asked in advance Communication during intake was polite and detailed Did not feel rushed or pressured even tough I was a little late I misunderstood the question about previous treatment A hanger on the coatrack would be nice for shirts Massage At the start the RMT was a bit apprehensive with how much pressure given my medical history which is understandable Had request a level 4/5 on intake survey for presser, overall the pressure was good, in some areas would have preferred more, like the side IT band/glute Will defiantly be booking a longer session to give enough time for shoulders and arms Conversation helped ease my nerves and helped building trust with the RMT I'd be interested in having them talk through their mythology of pressure points as they discover/target different triggers to help me learn about my body

At my great age of 53 I found myself with health issues and past sports injuries coming together to seriously affect my mobility and thereby blocking my path to physiotherapy and exercise. I was recommended to Aaron by my partner who suffered back and leg injuries as a small child and had great results with Aaron. I twisted my neck the other day while I was in wonderland riding roller coasters. I couldn’t move my head up or down at all, and can only turn towards left to a very limited extent. The worst part was I couldn’t get up from bed. When I tried to sit up, I had to use both of my hands to support my neck, and it was extremely painful. Then I went to Aaron for help, he did an examination made sure it was not the bones, but the muscle caused the pain. Then he massaged around my upper back, moved my head to help with my symptoms. After an hour, I could move my head to a wider range without any sharp pain. He offered me a heating blanket to take home, and instructed me on how long & how many times should I use it, as well as telling me what not to do during my healing process. After two days, I saw him again, and he altered the treatment a bit, there was a visible improvement on my neck. By sharing this experience, I recommend Aaron for everyone who needs a massage over an injured muscle and for regular massages. He’s not only good as a RMT, but also excellent for being caring.
