Thorough professional and knowledgeable. Exactly pointed out the problem spots for my back pain and used her techniques to relieve from the pain. I have been going to Kaizen Square One location for a year now and I don't intend to switch ever. I have tried multiple RMTs over the year but my favorite RMT is Tiffany Quintos. She loves what she does and you can see it in her massages. She will consult with you on your pain areas and work through it. Working from home has led to back and shoulder pain and they have drastically reduced since I started monthly massages. I highly recommend Tiffany, you won't regret it!

I jumped through the required hoops put forth by Kaizen Health Group to book an appointment. Both times the appointment was canceled because the RMTs were not accepting new patients. My last attempt Kaizen approved my request for an appointment then canceled my appointment the day before. If you are not accepting new patients then state it upfront. Don't waste people time. That's 2 weeks I have lost because you didn't do your due diligence.

She was very informative about the wonderful benefits of reflexology and never pushed me to book more sessions (but of course I will be as it was great). Only advice for management is to kindly request staff to keep hallways quiet and to close the door that leads to reception so that the noise doesn’t reach the sessions.

I had a great first experience yesterday. I was desperate to find an RMT because of an injury I had. I called at 12pm and they’re text service was on point. They gave me 3 options for that same afternoon to come in. Let me know all I had to do before I came in then once booked, their team called and notified me of additional Covid precautions. Had re-do my rating. Have been booking appointments for ages without a CC. Now they want it for bookings. Became rude when asked if there was a change in policy. If you cant look at individuals as a case by case basis, and see that every time I come in, the payment is made directly to my insurer. Why would I agree to give you my CC, I do not know what practices your employees have on safe guarding client information. Management needs to learn to be consistent. At least for others to take them seriously. The RMTs on the other hand are nothing but exceptional.

This review is for both Fascial Stretch therapy & NON-RMT massage. First of all Samantha was phenomenal with fascial stretch therapy, she was very knowledgeable and really helped get my body loose. I’ve had issues with my back and joints for quite some time now but just 1 hour with Samantha made me feel like I’m walking on a cloud. I went for a NON-RMT massage afterwards with Elizabeth and it was one of the best massages that I have received. I love that they have NON-RMT massage for people who don’t have insurance at an affordable price!! Elizabeth was able to get my knots out and had created the most relaxing atmosphere, not to mention her hot stone massage was AMAZING. Once Elizabeth finished off with a few hot towels on my body I was so upset that it was over. 10/10 recommend!! thank you Samantha and Elizabeth! Also the place was VERY clean and front desk was super friendly. Management really know what they are doing! They took all the right protocols for covid. I have been to a few different massage clinics and this one by far has been my favourite! First time is only $60 for an hour = great deal! After that it goes up, but for the quality of massage I recieved paying more in the future is well worth it. I've had some pretty good massages but the massage with Ted at the Glen Erin location is hands down the best I've ever had. I can't even begin to explain why. I complained of neck and upper back pain and tension headaches. He manipulated my muscles in various ways. Based on the areas he massaged, he must be an expert in the field. I did a full hour and it passed by quickly. My muscles are really tight so if you have similar issues, I recommend booking an hour. I Will definitely return! Thank you Ted!

First visit to this place and it was a pleasant experience. You know how you enter a therapy center but the ambience is missing? Well, Kaizen is not that - soothing music and aroma greet you. I usually prefer simple relaxation over serious pressure massage and I got just that from Laura. Needed to tell her only once what level of pressure I'm comfortable with and we were good. Very relaxing and didn't want it to end. I will be returning. Edit - I did return, this time for a beautiful 1 hour of massage from Salma David. She focussed on the areas that I mentioned and made it very relaxing and satisfying.

The RMTs are not only great at what they do, but they're attentive and knowledgeable. The professionalism of Kaizen Health has remained consistent, especially during this Covid-19 crisis. I went for a massage shortly after it re-opened and I definitely felt safe. The receptionist is very nice but the therapist didn't remove the oil so you will end up going home full of oil in your body unlike the other massage theraphy clinics they will remove the oils by hot towels. I ask for more pressure but the therapist didn't put any pressure I felt like she's just rubbing me. She just said that if she will put more pressure I will end up crippled. I would highly recommend this facility to get a massage even during Covid. They will check your temperature and ask everyone to sanitize. Plexi glass is installed and the staff is professional about the entire check in process. It was one of the best massage I have ever had - she targeted my shoulder area which is where I experience most of my pain and I left feeling so relieved. Good facility but the initial service I received was bad. They did not inform before hand that paperwork would need to be filled out and they took that time out of the massage. They then just said to contact the owner or manager and I need to keep calling back since they don't know when the manager or owner would be in. The best customer service I ever experienced. I first went for prenatal massage, had a great experience, next time I took my mom with me. I also enrolled for membership. Unfortunately my mom was not satisfied with her experience. When they ask for feedback, I let them know about my mom review. To my surprise, I got a call from Amanda and she offered my mom a free massage with another therapist, giving action to her saying that customer service is important for them. Then comes the membership. I have to go out of country for few months, so requested to cancel my membership. It was clearly written on agreement that there will be $50 cancellation fee before the agreement period. But Amanda was so kind to cancel without any charge. I am so amazed that there is actually businesses who care about their customers. 5 star to Kaizen, 5 stars to Amanda. The Massage therapists here are pretty decent. They are very nice and have a good manner in which they treat their clients. However, the front desk staff needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I was there two weeks ago on a Saturday, and a staff member didn't know how to put my claim in for my massage. She basically insisted that I pay the money up front instead of DOING HER JOB and trying to figure out how to put the claim through. I have been to other places (eg. ButterNFly, QueenWest and Lifemark) and they have all gone through just fine. My advise to Kaizen is to hire people that are more technologically savvy and don't just sit down for the entire time that they're working.

About a year ago, I started having some health issues which caused some mobility issues and pain in my body. My life was being impacted and nothing I tried was helping. I decided to go for a massage to see if it would create any relief. I had been to Kaizen before casually, so I decided to go back. I booked my massage with Ameila Labog (this was the first time I had booked with Ameila) She was very warm, professional, knowledgeable and understanding. We discussed the issues I had been facing and she created a treatment plan. She explained everything to me and made recommendation to help me in my recovery. Within a few sessions, I saw improved mobility and a significant decrease in the pain I was experiencing. I have continued to see Ameila and I am now doing things I have not been able to do in a long time. Ameila has improved my quality of life with her mastery skills as an RMT and I cannot thank her enough.

I went for a massage yesterday and it was not done well at all, and the RMT let me out 10 minutes before the end of the massage. When I called to complain about my experience, the receptionist said that what I was saying is not true. I understand each massage experience is different but the customer service was extremely poor. I have been a client of Kaizen Health Group for over two years and I highly recommend this clinic. The ownership and management of this clinic understand what it takes to properly run a health care service. The practitioners are phenomenal both in their professionalism and service they provide. I personally work with Yuri Sovyak and he is one of the best RMT's. He always goes above and beyond and has really assisted in me in treating some long term nagging injuries. He is extremely professional and provides a very high quality level of care. Few other notes on my experiences over the last two years at Kaizen: 1. Cleanliness is the best I've seen. Reception area and treatment rooms are sparkling clean. Clinic always has pleasant smells and always very relaxing to walk into especially after a long day. 2. NO waiting and NO crowds. In most clinics you arrive at your appointment time and have to wait. This clinic runs a proper schedule. I never have to wait. I arrive at my appointment time and go right in. This also helps avoid congestion in the reception area, which is a very positive thing especially during COVID-19. 3. Owners are always pleasant to speak to and always ask for recommendations to improve their operation. Kudos to the owners. You can tell they care. 4. Online booking system is very convenient. I never have to call anyone and simply book the practitioner through my phone. If any scheduling conflicts arise, the reception staff always take great care in calling and rectifying any scheduling conflicts/changes. In conclusion, I am very appreciative of this clinic for the level of service they provide as it is hard to find these days. They take their level of service very seriously.

Kaizen is one of the more pricier massage places I have been too, but you are paying for good service! I would say it is worth it to pay the extra amount to have a great massage. Charisse Manalili is amazing and the best RMT I have ever seen. I am a skinny person but do like a decent amount of pressure and she provides this perfectly and I swear I get chills through my body with her as it feel so good. Since she was a kinesiologist prior she really knows how to target your muscle groups. You can't go wrong with choosing any RMT there!

Horrible experience. Went in with my 16 year old and 12 year old, well behaved children. I was told they couldn't take up the seats that the establishment was not licensed for babysitting. What idiots...told me the children had to wait outside. Lady wad rude and ignorant, the whole time my kids did not even say a word. I’ve probably been going to Kaizen since 2016 but I’d say over the past year or so, I’m just not as satisfied despite trying a bunch of different RMTs. There were a few different experiences I had over the course of the year that have led me wanting to find another place. Amelia was great with her hands but she once used an entire hour to discuss problems in her life, which I had empathy for. But discussing her sick/nearly dying dog for the greater portion of the massage isnt relaxing and mindful for the client. In that same appt or maybe one prior, i also recall her telling a story about how “indians were out celebrating Diwali and leaving their houses” during lockdown.. its just not professional. I wrote an email to Kaizen after that visit but I don’t think they received the email - maybe due to technical issues? (it was from the Contact form on the website). My last visit was just OK. I won’t name names because from my understanding she’s a new graduate and probably has a lot to learn.. but the coconut oil was not warm, the lights in the room were bright lol.. and the techniques used in the massage about 70% of the time did nothing. Things like this can be solved by simply training. I feel like ive given enough tries with different RMTs and maybe i should be more vocal with the massage therapist during the appt but there are some things that im surprised they even notice themselves.

I am 3 months postpartum and my backache was so bad that I couldn't sleep at night or sometimes would just get up because of backpain. Last night I booked a session with Dawn at Kaizen and I cannot express how happy I am that I did. She did an amazing job given she only had 30 minutes and every single part of my back was tensed . She recommended some great exercises and good postures for breastfeeding. I am still in a little bit of pain so 100% I will be going back for more sessions but I am feeling 10 times better than yesterday for sure. I am able to function and do house chores . A couple of days ago I had a back/neck 'emergency'. A stiffness in my neck came on, which I know from experience will only get worse if not treated quickly. Fortunately I was able to secure a next day massage with Kaizen. I've used Kaizen's services in the past and they are always efficient and effective, with lovely facilities. The covid protocols are great too. For this massage, I used a new therapist - Ghada. She was excellent! Very friendly and knew exactly how to treat my stress/computer induced issue. She listened to my needs and gave an excellent massage.

Only suggestion is that if 60mins is booked and paid for, customers should get full 60mins not including time to use the facilities and to change. If customer is late than it's their fault but customers who are on time should get full 60mins of massage time. Otherwise great place.

I have been going to Kaizen health group for years and have no complaints at all. The staff is very professional and friendly. I like that I never have to wait when I have an appointment they are ready for me. Today I received a complimentary Lindor heart shaped box of chocolates after my couples massage and thought that was a special touch. A little goes a long way when you do something thoughtful like that for your customers. They also do direct billing to my insurance company which makes my experience that much better. well to start off My session was an hour massage scheduled at 6:30, which didn't start until 6:45. I asked for my leg massaged and a little of my neck. she spent 45 min on my leg then told me my massage was done... So I paid for 1hr but only received a 45 min massage and on top of it left unsatisfied. also the music in a massage is meant to relax correct?.. ok well I cant relax if your talking through out the whole massage....

I had my first therapeutics massage yesterday at Kaizen on Glen Erin in Mississauga. It was amazing! Sian, my therapist was so knowledgeable about the bodies anatomy. She explained what she was doing, why she was doing it, the make up of the muscles in that area and how it was being affected by what she was doing. Sian was conscientious about the level of pressure she was applying and periodically asked me to let her know if it was acceptable. Her voice was always moderate and appropriate for the setting. I am definitely going back. I would recommend Kaizen to anyone.

I don’t know who is giving them all stars. I wish I had a chance to give 0 star. The service was really pathetic, RMT didn’t do anything. This was one of my worst experiences of massage therapy. Would never recommend to anyone. So disappointed. I searched this by Mississauga top 3 massage centres, however, it was worst. Therapist gave me only 45 mins and she didn’t apply oil at all, no pressure. She did head massage which was so unprofessional that she didn’t care to remove bobby pins from my hair. At the end, she offered me if I want to take away with me 10ml leftover coconut oil. LOL. When they asked my review over the message, I told them the same and Kaizen offered me $10 discount for my next visit. I would rather not waste my $110 again.

First visit, met Jessica, who eased my muscle tensions. Second visit, met Fedora, she unbuckled my knots on my lower back, due to shoveling snow. Home to get back in the weekend. Service was great ! Yesterday, my wife and myself had a great experience with Ted. My wife always have a problem sleeping at night with her sore arm and Ted relieved her of her pain and she had a wonderful restful night. For me, Ted gave me a deep tissue massage which gave relief on my sciatica and scoliosis and shoulders. Definitely it was a great treat for both of us. Planning to have weekly massages.

Another great experience with Ted at Kaizen. Very relaxing and Ted knows just how to relieve my stress. Love the dark blue walls, sheets and blankets. A change from the same old white. And the new candles that are for sale are not only great smelling and aesthetically pleasing, but also very reasonable. Will be back soon.

The massage was less than mediocre. My therapist did more shaking and prodding than actual massaging, so I didn’t end up feeling too different afterward. Also, the additional cost of massage customizations (deep tissue etc) was not advertised so you end up being charged extra if you’re not aware of that. It was close to my house so I decided to try it out, but I’ve been to much better massage places so definitely won’t be coming back here again.

Such a beautiful clean and comfortable setting. The room termperature was very good. The massage therapist was exceptionally intuitive to my specific body issues and addressed these within a one hour relaxation massage session. I left with a raised spirit and lovely soft skin. My RMT was too inexperienced. I have been getting massage therapy for over 20 years but I don't think this person was properly trained. It was 45 min not 60, the only technique she used was with her forearm and she didn't know how to hold the cover while I flipped over. She was friendly and has a nice touch but really needs practise. I went to her as a new person at a reduced rate - but the massage was like with an Esthetician not an RMT. The owner or management need to try their staff first. Kaizen is a great place, but it is pricey and this person is not ready. They made it right! They responded and contacted me. So impressed.
