I have been suffering extreme pain in my neck, shoulders and arms for over 6 months. The specialist suggested that physiotherapy may be my best approach moving forward. After 1 visit with Josh, some education and stretching workout tips for when I got home - the pain subsided after a couple days. It's now been a week and the pain is no longer extreme. I would say that it has been reduced by 50% and with this result I'm more than impressed with Josh and would recommend him to all my family and friends.

I recieved treatment from massage to chiropractic and even acupuncture and dry needling. While nothing will cure my chronic pain each person who worked with me from Casey to Dave and Caitlyn have helped me to gain better pain management and relieve some of the pain so I can better live my life. The staff are honest tell you what you really need for a treatment plan. I see Casey for Chiro services, Josh for Physio. They are excellent on top of new techniques within their fields. I had a great experience with Dave. Dave took his time with me on my first visit to make sure I understood why I was having my back problems. And I'm only a few sessions in in my issues are almost fully resolved. The bonus is that it's now got me in the habit of ensuring I have at least 30 to 40 minutes of exercise a day which will help prevent the problem from returning. As an added bonus they have refreshments for when you arrive and it's a very clean and comfortable environment.

I had an emergency yesterday. I couldn’t walk, sit, nor stand. I had an appointment with another place that I wasn’t satisfied with. We called Impact healthcare and my wife mentioned it’s an emergency, they told us to come as soon as we can! We were there at 1:30. Receptionist was so friendly, she asked if she can offer a hot towel or anything to ease the pain. Then directly came Dr. Casey, he took his time with me, gave all the attention to my symptoms and I went out of the session feeling great! I would describe it as Magical Therapy!
