I really wanted to get a massage close to home right before the long weekend. I came across heart & soul because its so close to home and also because of the amazing reviews they have online. With such short notice, I was seen by Joan and she was absolutely incredible. I go for massages every few months and i'm glad I've found a place so close to home. Joan was my RMT and she did an amazing job. I’ve been to a few massage spas for massages, and no one would be able to apply just the perfect amount of pressure during a deep tissue massage. This was by far the deepest deep tissue massage I’ve received in all my experiences. Joan will target problemed areas, and with her knowledge, skills and experience, she’s able to identify specific spots and thoroughly work them out of your body. Joan is extremely hospitable and accommodating and it was an absolute pleasure to have had received treatment from someone who passionately enjoys their work!

Have been going to Joan and her team from last couple of years now. Experimented quite a bit with various RMT places in neighborhood but no one comes closer to Heart & Soul. It is a no frills place and they really know there stuff. I have back issues and have walked or should I say crawled in on few occasions with severe pain and stiffness and each time they have been able to get me to a point where I was able to walk out with much relief from pain and they were able to put me back on path of recovery. This feedback would not be complete if I don't thank RMT: Ksenia who has been a great help! All of Joan's team is great actually and go out of the way to accommodate your schedule. Joan Marshall and her professional team of RMTs are excellent! I suffer with chronic joint & muscle pain from fibromyalgia, arthritis and shoulder injury and benefit emmensely from massage therapy! I've tried other places around but find their friendly & gracious manner and Joan's deep tissue & warmed lava rock heat massages to be the only thing that really helps as well as essential oils they use for treatments within the sessions are second to none! Proce range is affordable and they accept insurance coverage. As a plus-size shy woman, Joan and/or any one of her staff make me feel very comfortable as well! Give them a try (I hardly ever do reviews except when an establishment exceeds my expectations!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience this massages. My daughter is 9 and has trouble sleeping. She felt very relaxed during the massage and that night slept very well. We bought relaxing essential oils from there too, which help her sleep every night. We will definitely go back!!!
