I saw Lisa Tucker for Prenatal massage. Amazing service from the start. Cathy at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. Lisa was very patient and went through all my concerns. She has amazing bedside manners and a strong instinct. She could sense my problem areas with just one touch. I was limping with sciatic pain when I walked in and walked out very comfortable. I definitely recommend Hands in Demand.

Shairoz is a skilled RMT but she was unprofessional. She told me a medication I take for an illness is a "bad coping mechanism" and made a judgemental comment towards my profession. She kept asking questions about past sexual trauma which made me feel uncomfortable.

I had pre paid for my appointment (I know not to do that again!) and had a horrific family issue that happened where I couldn’t attend or notify anyone! I called them a month later and told them of the ordeal and that I really was in no position to contact them back..’I was told that in no way will they give me my money back and that they are trying to run a business! She also said that if I missed my appointment without payment (as most people do) hey would have charged me and that They would have it on my record’ - (Are you serious??!!! This owner has serious power trips and absolutly no compassion! If I hadn’t paid and missed that appointment there would be no issues. I know people that have missed appointments here and on the same day were rescheduled, and were never asked to pay for the missed appointment! Never pre pay to this company!

I have been to several massage therapists at other clinics and Liang is by far the best massage therapist I have had. I typically request female massage therapists but booked with Liang last minute and I am so happy I did - he is friendly, professional, and applies the perfect pressure/technique. I've been here twice now, and both visits were exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, nice ambiance, and convenient location.
