Horrible customer service. I wanted to book a massage for my birthday and submitted a request 5 days in advance to book via their website booking tool. No email or phone call to acknowledge my attempt to book. After 2 days I called them up to see if I could book. The receptionist told me that the online booking form doesn't work and its best to call. I told her they should take down the form if it doesn't work and she gave me attitude. She booked me in for my birthday and I thanked her. Today I showed up at the prescribed time and was told that I was not in the system! I said I was confused and disappointed because I had tried twice to book and I just spoke with her the other day on the phone and she had assured me that I was booked in. Receptionist did not even offer an apology or offer to reschedule. She just kept saying "you're not in the system". What a waste of time!!

Not a great experience overall. Cancelled my membership and still have to pay 1 more time. Rude service from front staff. Cannot recommend this place, especially for the price

Horrible... ridiculous service and so overly expensive. Very basic massage, painful from time to time. More squeezing than massaging. Be aware that they do 50 min only. When I booked 1 hour no one advised me is actually 50 min, and in my case was not even. She finished at about 45-46 min. But I was charged for 1 hour and taxes on top. This was the lowest quality massage and the most expensive I have had. I often do massages at different cities and locations. Never had such a bad experience. I also was not told that as first time visit I can pay $69 instead. Just do not go there. Will save you money and frustration. So many other nice places to go to. I’ll never return there neither will recommend to anyone else. In opposite I will make all possible to tell as many people as possible what my experience is and how bad and only money oriented this clinic is. All they care about is to get your money and not at all about you.

Massage itself was ok, but was disappointed to only get massaged for 45 mins of the hour I paid for. When I inquired about this, I was told it’s 50 mins hands-on, so 10 mins is saved for other things. First time experiencing this and I’ve been to many places.

I go here regularly for massages. Crystal is an AMAZING RMT. She was able to address an issue in one session that my physio had been working on for weeks. Reception staff are always helpful and courteous. This is my favorite place to go for massages in Barrie

The services they provide are good, however when it comes to booking an appointment it is a nightmare. They have online booking, TWICE the apointments i booked did not get entered into their schedule. To aliviate that, my husband started to call to book appointments, which still did not get entered properly. He booked a facial (for his mothers birthday) for today, and they scheduled in a massage. When told of the mistake THEY MADE HIM PAY FOR THE MASSAGE ANYWAY. My husband and I were regular customers at this location, thats 4 times they couldnt even schedule properly, we're done with this company, absolute nightmare. Get your s**t together.
