My little one really enjoyed herself. She was so relaxed after the water floatation that she took a 3.5 hours nap. The staff were flexible and friendly and attentive. The facility was very clean and welcoming. Well done giggly panda!

Really awesome place to bring an infant to. My 10 month old daughter enjoyed the massage (I had to help her stand for alot of it as she didn't want to sit/lie on her own). Took a bit of time for her to get used to the water with the floatie but she enjoyed it at the end. The staff was awesome and really attentive to my daughter. Only negative thing I found was that they kept trying to push packages on you even though I kept telling them I'm from out of town. I also didn't like that they were running late. It just makes it hard since I schedule the time appropriate to her feeding/napping schedule. Towards the end she was really fussy. Would highly recommend!!!

I came across this spa on my Fb page, so thought of giving it a try since my boy loves water. Everyone right from the front desk to the RMTs is extremely helpful and understanding. Most of the babies were enjoying their time. However, my munchkin freaked out with the floating ring around his neck, so we had to ask for the waist ring. It took a while to calm him down, but the massage helped him. I'd like to go there again just to make him feel okay in the water outside our house.

This is such an amazing spa, a unique experience, one of its kind. Our 13 month old son had such a great time starting with their fun play area, to the massage and ending with the hydrotherapy session (which he loved and didn't want to end). His massage therapist did an incredible job, and was able to carry out the massage all the while keeping our son entertained. The staff are amazing, the space is immaculate in terms of decor, cleanliness, toys, refreshments and overall experience. The best part is that all their professional services are offered by certified/registered professionals (massage and chiro) which means they're covered by insurance. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I went for the first time. We had such a wonderful time. The place was neat and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Jessica (the RMT) was amazing and so gentle. She had such a great time in the water (until she got hungry). It was an amazing experience. My daughter was so relaxed, she had a long nap afterwards. I would absolutely recommend Giggly Panda. We brought our son Kingston and he absolutely loved it! The staff is very friendly and the location is clean and super cute! There is coffee & yummy donuts for the parents. Although we didn't need it, there is a made up nursery for you to change or breastfeed your little one in private. We can't wait to go back. We purchased a 3 visit pass and was able to save some money! But, an RMT completes the massages so we are able to claim all the visits through our benefits!!! Great activity for our little guy!!!

Its more of a hype about this place tbh, massage is in the open space on the Ikeas changing tables, which I do for my little one at home even better, nothing special about the massage. Hydrotherapy is good but babies not always up for it, staff is overly polite and pushy to upsell their products. You might like it when you visit for the first time because place is spacious. But its about having that experience which matters the most, specially for the babies. So I would not say not visit because experiences could be different for everyone.

Its a fantastic place for the little ones. I found it out through social media and fell in love with the first sight. Baby massage therapists do magic (my little one who would never let to be hold by a stranger, loved the back massage... being in the therapist arms). Float is so much fun. The place is super clean and modern, full of colours - they also have a playground and cute nursery room with a bunch of armchairs and even a bed for your LO's peaceful nap. We will definitely be back. I absolutely LOVE the idea.

I recently took my daughter for a massage and waters. We had a very positive experience. The staff is massage therapists are great and very personable. Reasonably priced. The overall location is good but could be renovated. The spa water was leaking which caused all my socks to get wet. Also the play area is very simple with very few toys. Both Sabrina and Lisa were wonderful, welcoming and extremely friendly - I was so nervous prior to my visit because I didn't know how my baby would react but the minute we walked in we instantly felt at ease by the friendly environment. AMAZING place to take baby for a relaxing time! I have taken my now 1 yr old daughter here multiple times since she was 6 months old. We live in Brampton but this is well worth the trip for us. This spa is meticulously clean and the service by the massage therapists, front desk staff and "pool helpers" is absolutely beyond compare. The management is very caring and wants all customers to have the best experience possible. I will be bringing my daughter back here again until she is 2 years old (the age limit for the big pool) Thank you so very much to all the staff at this location for giving my daughter many wonderful experiences with massage and swimming, we look forward to our next visit! This store is holding my money for the next three sessions despite my request for refund. I am frustrated with the owner and the manager. The last session has left my wife and I emotionally scarred and we don't wish to visit this store anymore because our mental health has been affected. It was our first visit with our 10th months old daughter for her hydrotherapy and we had an excellent session. Our daughter had a blast in the pool. This place was okay. I think the hydrotherapy is nice. But the massage seemed a little pointless and the lady who did my sons massage seemed bored and hardly did much of anything. If you are using your insurance, check with your provider first that your baby doesn’t need a doctors prescription for “massage” Otherwise it’s not covered and most doctors don’t really prescribe baby massages. So just beware otherwise you are paying out of pocket.

Two different persons told me about this place and about how much fun it was... They were SO right! I went for a massage and hydrotherapy for my 2 month old and she had a blast! The space is well decorated and clean (I didn’t like the Pinesole smell though). Great attention to details! Towels and swim diapers, as well as coffee, tea, juice and slippers are provided. A cute nursing room makes breastfeeding more comfortable. The staff is awesome too! Amanda, the RMT, is so sweet and gentle with baby. The owner was very nice and made us feel welcome and comfortable during our whole stay. I will definitely come back!

My 3 months old loved being in the water, kicking around and I think generally moving on his own, which he can't do right now. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got a 20 min massage and 20 mins (or until your babe complains or falls asleep) in the hydrotub. Babies younger than 4 months get the private tub (only because there is a greater chance of poop). Normally would cost $80+tax (and you get an RMT receipt). We started with the massage, and it he seemed to enjoy it, not quite sure, but I'm sure it's good for them. They use the floaty ring and got him in the tub, the water is warm. There is no chlorine, however I'm wondering if there should be for the communal big tub. Or salt water at least? I think this is suitable for kids up to 1 year. Not sure what is the cut off for the pool. They mentioned a seated contraption as opposed to the ring. There is a play area for older babies. A few things I thought could be improved: - overall temperature in the place could have been warmer, given babies are clothes-less getting massage etc - the water temperature measurement with an indicator for ideal temp could be a sticker on the side of each tub. Water was measured at 37 (which was too warm and baby cried), and approved by one staff member, but others disagreed, lowered the temp and he was happy - there wasn't really a place to put my bag - diapers, change of clothes etc. - after the bath, it would have been nice to have more towels to help dry, and logistically maneuver with a wet baby. There was one thin towel to place and wrap baby, but then it's all wet. They gave me a 2nd towel , but also wouldn't have minded one to put on top of baby's chest to keep him from cold and ended up changing him on the bare change pad. - free wifi, given all the pics I posted on social media Given it's $80 with insurance receipt, I'd come again. They have packages which can save you money, but 3 sessions to use up in 3 months and 5 in 6 months is a bit aggressive and I can't commit. I would have bought if I had a year to use 3. Even better? My baby is having the best nap ever right now.

My friend and I booked massages for our little ones and we asked for time slots together which was confirmed over the phone. However, when we got to the location we were told our appointments were not at the same time. We were disappointed and had to wait a while which was hard with baby schedules. The massage therapist was really good with the babies and they enjoyed their time in the waters. We are pleased that management did follow up about the wait time and sincerely apologized.

This is an amazing concept and facility. Super clean, cozy and welcoming. Staff is fantastic and really friendly. My baby girl goes there for massage and flotations and after 3 flotation sessions I’ve seen a tremendous improvement with her tummy time. She was a bit confused the first time, but seems to really enjoy it now. Jessica (massage therapist) is fantastic with babies, very patient, careful and knows how to handle them well. Had a massage for my 5 month old. It wasn't anything special, they did in the open room with lots of distractions on a changing pads. Its similar to what I would do with him at home. Thankfully my insurance covered it but not sure if it's worth it otherwise. Location is spacious and looks clean, well staffed, friendly (super pushy with selling their hydrotherapy, massage therapist and desk staff kept pushing it, kinda of a turn off). The while experience is definitely a luxury and a bit of a hype from my experience. Location has a play space. Coffee and tea. Seating area. When we were there all the staff were in the front chatting while this mom was alone with her child by the hydrotherapy pool and kept yelling excuse me excuse me, asking for different floating device as the massage therapist gave her a large one and walked away and her baby's head of going in the water.

Today is our second spa session for my 7month old. She enjoyed a lot both the times. Very good experience staff is very friendly. The lady who does massage always makes sure if baby is comfortable and other staff keep checking as well. We loved it and keep visiting often.

My son meliodas has been here a few times and each time he enjoys it more and more. The staff are so friendly especially the one that gives my son the massage . He doesn’t let us at home but some how the staff can or he lets her too ... hahaa. The place is super clean and spacious. Our 7 month old daughter Yael had an absolute blast! The staff were so attentive and professional and it was so fun to watch the babes float around in the tub. The complimentary tea was a lovely touch not to mention the fantastic play area for the kiddos. But my favourite part came after we left. Giggly panda spa is a fantastic and fun place to go! I've been taking Ava there since she was 3 months old and we really enjoy going there. Ava is now 9 months old and the massage and hydrotherapy does wonders! It really helps Ava feel very calm and relaxed after. The play area they have there is amazing! Ava enjoys to play with the toys there. Everything looks clean and organized. This is also a great place for babies to make new friends and for parents as well. The place is very clean which was an important factor for me when choosing a baby spa and the staff is very gentle with babies. I would encourage everyone to double check the water temperature before putting your baby in water.Unfortunately,my son got burns on his legs and was fussy for the rest of the session so we didn't proceed even after the water became cooler (I asked the staff to cool the water).The staff had set up a tub for us so I was confident the water temperature had been checked as well.

The caring staff will pamper you and your little one. Free Nespresso coffee or tea, calm music, and chairs so you can sit and watch your little one float or splash around. Both times we’ve gone, my daughter has been in an individual tub, filled with little balls and lights. She receives her massage and the RMTs are always so good with her. Even if you are covered, they offer multi-packages so you can save your money for future visits. Can’t wait to go back!

Great experience! We took our one month old here yesterday she was fussy and crying right before being put on the water, then she went completely silent. Even caught a glimpse of a smile at one point. She stayed the whole 20 min in the tub only getting a little fussy near the end but a pacifier made her happy again . The Massage therapist Patricia was a very pleasant lady and the staff were very helpful and friendly . Danah was amazing. As well as another lady who I didn't get her name, she had blond hair. I would defiantly recommend this to parents who want to introduce their babies to water as young as possible. Like I said our babe is only one month and I had no concerns during the experience..

I brought my little one to Giggly Panda yesterday and we had a blast. The staff is great, very accommodating and they keep the babies happy and interested in the water. You can book the Baby Spa Package which includes 30 minutes of hydrotherapy and 20 minute massage. My little one really enjoyed the massage and even giggled at the end. I also did the 20 minute massage for myself which I highly recommend! They massage your baby and you at the same time. The one negative feedback I have is the phone system. When I tried to call them to book, I always get the voice mail. I told my friend who introduced us to Giggly Panda and she told me to use their online chat which is much faster!

Lovely clean space and great experience with my baby. He sleeps beautifully the night after he’s been - every time! The staff are friendly and really great with the babies. The smaller pools for younger ones are a great idea when the experience could otherwise be a bit overwhelming for them. Each time we’ve visited he’s been really good and enjoyed the water. It’s fantastic that the overall cost comes to zero with using our insurance benefits. Everyone loves to look at his photos in the pool! The only thing I’m not so keen on is the hard sell routine at the end, I don’t want the oil or a package LOL. After a relaxing time with my baby it seems uncomfortable- that said the rest is great so I’d still give it 5 stars.

We took our boys for the first time last week and they had the best time ever! Incredible service, clean, bright spa and so relaxing. When it’s not a busy day, you can have the whole place to yourselves like we did. Our preschooler and 11 month old got to have their hydrotherapy session together so it was perfect. Because it was our first time, we watched their every step (from the massage to the hydrotherapy) but now that we know what to expect next time we will kick back and relax over their complimentary beverages and snacks. Would definitely be coming back here for a peaceful time for the entire family!

1/10 would not recommend, price is insane for the cheap service you receive. RMT was very uninterested and notice they were not cleaning the changing tables after each baby and or cleaning neck rings which the baby’s like to spit on. Front desk person was on cell phone most of time when I was trying to get her attention. Over all horrible experience and will not be returning. Definitely needs to be upgraded with staff.

I have taken my twins here for Chiropractic wellness assessment and was very impressed with the care they have received. The Chiropractor here is very knowledgeable and was able to address our questions and developed a comprehensive treatment plan for the twins. The spa staff are very friendly and it is a great environment to bring your baby to relax and enjoy some fun time whether it's in the pool or a massage.

My whole family laughed when I said where I was taking my 4.5mth old daughter Zenna but she had a great time (and I got to get out and be around other moms - bonus). When we arrived there were lots of toys to play with and when it came time to get into the pool she seemed unsure but immediately took to the waters. She splashed and moved around - it was so cute to watch her float/swim on her own and experience something new. My daughter is very active so I wasn’t sure how she’d do but the massage therapist was great. She answered questions I had about my little one’s digestion and checked/worked on areas I had concerns with regarding misalignment and tension. I learned more about my baby’s body and some techniques while watching :) This was our first time but not our last (I’m already planning the next visit next month :)

Took my daughter here and got the spa session. She can be a pretty fussy baby. They started out with the baby massage and she was calm until she got hungry but she was smiling with the massage therapist. She was fantastic! They have a nursing room in the back and it's beautiful. So my husband and I went into the room fed her and brought her out. They put on the ring around her neck, and put her into the large tub. They have mini tubs but the larger one gave her the ability to move around. She seemed resistant at first and we thought she would fuss. She never did. She relaxed and was wiggling her feet and hands and she smiled at us. She had an amazing time. It seems they dont put a time limit on the tub, its up untol your rwady to go or once your baby has had enough so you never feel rushed. The employees are fantastic so friendly and always giving direction so your not left with what to do next. We are defintely going back and I highly recommend to everyone. Next time we will probably buy a larger package to go multiple times.

We took our 8 month old for the floatation part of the spa. It was an amazing experience for us and him! there are two different types of floaters you can use. Lots of toys. The water is warm and does not have the harsh chlorine smell. Our therapist was AMAZING! she was so gentle and kind to our son..helped him play and truly was the one who got him comfortable in the water. I wish I remembered her name, she really was great with our whole family. I highly recommend this spa and will be taking my son again.

Until recently I never knew about baby spas or hydrotherapy. My friend told me she took her kids and they loved it so I decided to take my son this week. Honestly I cannot even begin to describe how much he loved being in the water. He was laughing and smiling non stop, he didn't want to leave. With covid I had some concerns but after visiting this location I no longer do. Every toy my son used was cleaned and sanitized. Staff members are following all protocols. The facilities are so unbelievably clean. The best part of the entire process was that the staff were so incredibly patient and friendly. They were so easy going and you could tell they had a great deal of experience with young children. The RMT did a great job with my squirming son and kept him so engaged. I hope to return soon with my other kids since they offer children's massages and ones for mothers too. My only regret is that I didn't know about giggly panda sooner.

The only thing I didn’t love was the fact that they kept on trying to sell items and packages to us, but nonetheless it was very fun for my son he was a happy camper all day after we returned home.

My baby girl loved the experience here. I would absolutely recommend it to any new moms. The only thing I found was that the massage was too quick and they didnt have a chance to massage my baby fully as they time it down to the last second.

We visited today with my son Marlin. Immediately when you walk in you are greeted by friendly faces and the environment was very clean and well maintained. He loved the spa pool and enjoyed floating around playing with the running water and throwing the toy balls around. I would definetly recommend this to other moms it was a great experience! Very welcoming from the moment you walk in. I had heard about this spa from a friend but didn’t know what to expect. As a first time mom was very scared but felt reassured and comfortable once I got there. My daughter loved it, the massage we found to be very beneficial on helping her more relaxed as well as informative on how we could use gentle touch to help her when she’s gassy. When it came to being in the water my daughter absolutely loved it. Surprisingly, she lasted a long time in the water. Watching her move around was amazing. I have bought gift cards for my friends and family to experience this with their little ones. Great place, with amazing staff. Highly recommend it and will continue going.

My son and I love going to Giggly Panda Spa. We have been going to Dr. Janina the past couple weeks. She is very knowledgable, and professional. She is very caring and not only looks after your aches and pains but she looks at you as a whole and is very easy to talk to, and be able to get support! Even though its been 2 years postpartum she has taught be about the effects of changes to my body and how to care for myself! We've been to both the North York & Mississauga locations and all the staff are super friendly and made the experience for my son amazing, especially when he was super scared for hydrotherapy. Now he always wants to go back to "swim". Especially during this COVID time its so reassuring to be able to bring your child to a clean and safe environment, they really ensure that all stations are sanitized properly! My 4 month old baby had an amazing time at Giggly Panda! As soon as I walked in, I was very impressed with how clean and organized the place is. I was greeted by the staff and I felt very welcomed. The staff there are amazing. They were very friendly and welcoming and they made our time there enjoyable. My baby had a great time getting the massage done. She looked really relaxed and calm. The massage therapist, Jessica, did an amazing job with my baby. She was gentle, kind and friendly. My baby enjoyed the massage so much that she was falling asleep. She also enjoyed the floatation therapy. I was surprised to see how much fun my baby was having. She was kicking the water and constantly turning in there. She was in her own little world and she was having a lot of fun. The water was warm (perfect temperature) and the tub was very clean! They also had a cute room for mom/dad to take their baby in to feed and for the baby to rest too. I was very impressed with our experience there and I highly recommend this place. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Thought it would've been a great idea to bring my baby here but all the "spa session" caused was stress. The staff isn't the friendliest and the massage is very fast and after the time is up for that there are just put in the pool and left there till it's convenient for them to take the baby out because we were in the pool for about 50 mins. Not worth the money at all and then they ask you about packages and tell you to get it just becuase it's covered under insurence

I started taking my daughter to giggly panda when she was 2 months old because she was extremely Colic and suffered from acid reflux. She loved the massage and hydrotherapy session! My daughter’s RMTs have always been great with her! My daughter and I also see Giggly Pandas chiropractor Dr. Janina. After a few weeks of seeing Dr. Janina, my daughters colic episodes and acid reflux issues have decreased over time, and today she is such a happy baby. The gentle adjustments to my daughters spine have helped her become more comfortable and everyone notices how much happier she has become over the last couple of months. I had many complications during my Pregnancy which continued into my post partum phase. Chiropractor care has significantly helped ease my pelvic and back pain that began in my pregnancy. The sessions I have booked with Dr Janina have tremendously helped ease the common pain that i was dealing with everyday. We are so thankful to have met Dr Janina at Giggly panda and will continue to be regular patients of hers and regular visitors of Giggly Panda.

Absolutely love this baby spa!! so clean and comfortable.. they have a nursing room with a crib in case you need it. there's also a mini kitchen at the back.. make sure you book in advance because they do get booked up very quick. All of the staff are super friendly and the RMTs are great as well. No complaints at all. They make sure you and your baby are comfortable and provide you with everything you need. There's a little play area for babies of all ages. If baby is under 5 months, they get to float in their own tub, but if theyre over 5 months they can go into the big tub to float with other babies.. my son absolutely loves it everytime we go. I have been taking him there since he was around 12 weeks old! I've recommended this spa to so many moms and everyone has loved it so far!! Keep up the amazing work Giggly Panda!

I am so happy I heard about this place from a friend. My son loved splashing and swimming about and he was only 6 weeks at the time, and in the water for the first time. He discovered how to swim all on his own and it was so super cute. I will definitely go back again! Also - I love how they have a nursery in the back to make babies comfortable- for a feed or a nap. I still cannot believe that there’s a spa for my baby. Love it.
