I walked in a crumpled mess one day, walking on an angle and in excruciating pain. With a few very gentle touches from the man with 'magic hands', I walked out feeling as close to normal as I could and I was able to stand straight. My pain improved 10-fold, and I couldn't be any more thankful for the help that Ben and his team provided me. I special shout-out to Kaitlyn for reaching out to me and welcoming me into the clinic, and introducing me to all of the amazing staff members. Keep on being awesome!!

Where is the 6th star? This clinic has changed my life - Elysis was recommended to me by so many of my co-workers - I was so impressed after my first visit that I have returned every month since - Many of my recent and long term neck and back issues have been cleared up within visits. My caregiver takes the time to listen to me and provides me with an easy to understand explanation of what is going on with my body. I was a pretty sick little camper at one time and Ben (Osteopath Student) Woods has improved my face and neck muscles. This clinic is my number one health care provider.

Great inviting atmosphere! Felt great for the days afterwards! Will definitely be back! I just wish i was notified prior to my first visit to come five minutes early to fill out some papers though! I wasn't aware and felt like I wasted my massage therapists time!

I booked my first osteopath appointment not knowing what to expect. Within a few weeks injuries I had been suffering from had been fixed. I was so impressed I booked an appointment for my son who the dr said had a problem with his knees that he'll just have to live with. He had been doing physio and wearing a brace for about a year and a half. Drew worked his magic and my son hasn't had a brace on in over a week!

I've been seeing Ben Woods for the last 2 months and he has been a life saver. I've been to several other health practitioners with limited relief from issues with my ribs and back spasms. After traveling on a long flight this weekend, I could barely move today due to the spasms. I went in today for an hour and can't believe the improvement in the movement of my back. Absolutely my go to place when I'm feeling like something isn't right with my body... if you've never tried Osteopathy before, book an appt with Ben... not only will you be amazed at the skills he has to offer in the technique but he is also extremely knowledgeable and will guide you through the technique as he assesses the ROOT of the problem unlike most other specialists who merely treat the symptoms. I drive down all the way from Oshawa to Waterloo just to get treated!

I cannot say enough about Elysis. I first went there for some out of place bones in my wrists and Ben was able to fix it in just one osteo appointment. My fiancé, future mother in law and father also go there, each for different reasons and are all equally impressed. Their facilities are immaculate. Their staff are the nicest, friendliest people is the whole world and they know their stuff. If you are in KW or sourounding area there is no comparison. Osteo or message therapy, you can't go wrong!

I used to live in New Hamburg and had reasonably severe sinus issues and asthmas. We moved to Port Rowan because my sinuses and breathing was much better there. Since moving 4 years ago I have been treated by Ben (someone recommended him) and with his treatment I can now breathe much better and have virtually eliminated my sinus issues in the KW area. We are now considering moving back to the KW area.

I have not been here in some time , but will be going again shortly . I was told to try going here by my doctor as I have a treatable but not curable back injury. They one knew what was wrong with me before any doctors could identify what was wrong . And two took me from taking pain pills and muscles tranquilizers ever 4 hours ( just to be able to stand and walk at the time) to nothing .. 3 appointments with one of the oseopaths there and I didnt need any of that poison anymore. I will always be grateful for that. I was in my late 20s when this happened, no age to be in that bad of shape . So again thank you .

Not sure about the comment regarding the sheet size. I'm a fairly large woman myself and it fits me fine for the year plus I've been going there. Perhaps I'm a bit smaller than her. Either way I've always found the staff at Elysis professional and very friendly. Excellent massages everytime

WOW!!! I injured a major muscle in my neck one Wednesday morning and could just barely move my neck. Got it checked out by a doctor and said massage would greatly benefit me. I've never been to an RMT before so I was a bit anxious about finding someone fast as this was clearly altering my way of life. I found out really quickly that most places I called off Google were booked into 1-2 weeks in advance. EEK!! I initially was searching Kitchener and decided to search Waterloo. I found Elysis website and saw the "Request an appointment" page. Within 30 minutes I got a phone call from them. The man on the phone was very nice, professional and thorough to inquire about my problem. He made some suggestions and I was booked for an appointment 4 hours later! Had my husband drive me (couldn't check my blind spot). The atmosphere of their office is very comforting. Newer building all modern. I had an appointment with Valerie and she was fantastic. She went through the history of the injury, things I've tried etc etc. I had a half hour appointment and by the time she was done I gained so much mobility! I went from turning my head only 5 degrees to my right to almost 60!! From 30 degrees left to almost 80!! Outstanding what she was able to do for me within such little time. I'll be booking another appointment with her (hopefully) this weekend to see what more she can do. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for some muscle relief! Well worth the money!

I had a cranio-sacral therapy session with Sydney and it absolutely worked wonders. I suffer from lower back pain and with her knowledge and expertise, I was able to gain strength back and continue my daily routine without any pain. I will definitely be returning throughout the year for regular check-ups.

First visit. Heard alot of great things about this place. So glad I tried it. BEN was amazing. Knowledgeable and got to the root cause of my issues. Even after 1 session I feel better than 20 sessions with a chiropractor. Would definitely reccomend this to anyone. It's worth the drive if your in Toronto.

I have seen Tara Waugh several times now for RMT treatments, and she is amazing at what she does. She completely understands the systems of the human body and it shows threw her work. This review is long overdue. My husband and I have been coming here to Rama for several years now. She is absolutely amazing and has a true passion for massage and compassion for helping us feel better. She also gave prenatal massages during my pregnancy which was an absolute life saver. Booking is very easy and efficient and the atmosphere is calm, clean & professional. We love this place! 10 stars!

Elysis has been a life saver and I cant say enough about it! I have chronic neck and shoulder pain from an old sports injury. I went to physio for 5 years to no avail. I saw Ben in one visit at Elysis for osteo and he was able to give me full range of motion in my shoulder/arm. I was able to lift my arm above my head, something I hadn't done in 5 years. Thank you to Ben and the rest of the team! I continue to see them on a regular for preventative measures and good health. It works!

Great massage and osteopathy clinic in Waterloo. My husband and I have been seeing Rebekah Morin for almost a year now and she is by far, the best RMT we have ever had! We were previously life-long clients of the RMT massages at The Waters, but Rebeka's massages are so good, we have made the switch to her for 100% of our appointments. She listens to me to hear the problem areas at the beginning of the massage and uses the perfect amount of pressure to work on the areas deeply, but also has a relaxing touch that allows me to drift into perfect relaxation. Rebekah is truly skilled at what she does and puts lots of effort into making her treatments the best they can be... she's amazing!
