This is the only place I would ever go. Beautiful atmosphere - always smells amazing in there. Staff are friendly and helpful. My last 3 or 4 massages have been with Jordon and he is amazing. The most relaxing and stress-relieving massages. I can't say enough about how much I look forward to going there. Today I had my last massage of 2018...it was wonderful. Thanks to all of you there who help to make each experience special through your friendliness and professional manner. See you in 2019!!

They are a very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. Individualize your service according to problem areas or issues. The scents are not too much but the right amount. Clean and efficient. All the staff I am sure are great, but my experience with Anne-marie was just amazing. She is experienced, knowledgeable and personable. Great customer service too. Would definitely recommend this place for a massage.

I have been going here for the last year or two for massage therapy and have always had great sessions. They will listen to your issues and adjust their pressure to fit your pain threshold so they won't injure you further. If you have any specific pains or aches they will tailor the session to target those issues and if you go back often and to the same therapist they remember your specific needs and makes it less awkward if you are shy. Can't recommend them more!

I came in to get a 60 min massage. I had never been to this clinic before, nor had I ever booked with this RMT. As this was my first time coming here, I was hoping to find a RMT with really good pressure for Deep Tissue. I have a lot of back and muscular issues from my time in the Army, and as a veteran I am lucky to be covered for RMT treatment. I got there early as it stated on the website, and while I was doing the paperwork the RMT could not figure out the billing system. after about 20 mins into my booked time, she was still trying to input the information, although could not figure out what was happening. She did not want to call the help line, as she said "You will be on hold for a billion years". Finally there wasn't enough time to do a massage and then she wanted me to pay her $30 for a cancellation charge, even though it was entirely her fault. She claims she was a new RMT and therefor didn't know the billing systems and while her and 2 other RMTs told me I was ripping her off (I still received NO service) I kept telling them that if they would just call the number. This play on more, but really Im very disappointed and insulted by the entire experience. In the end she called Veterans Affairs Blue Cross and was told she would get paid (although she wanted to know how fast). I left with more stress then I went in with, and she still gets paid by VAC. I do not recommend this place for any Military, Law Enforcement or Veterans as they just have no clue. I would caution anyone to maybe try somewhere else before going here.

Jordan is amazing! He is everything I look for in a massage therapist. He keeps our conversations short and sweet which is what I like, he has really great flow and pressure when he massages. He knows how to make it soothing but then also knows when to apply deeper pressure when needed. He did some good stretches on my problems areas. He takes his time and was able to hit every spot on my neck, back, shoulders and arms/hands. I caught myself snoring a couple of times which means he really relaxed me. You can tell he knows what he is doing. I usually prefer a woman to massage me because of comfort but this time I went out of my comfort zone and after many many years, I finally found my RMT that checked ALL the boxes of my expectations. ???? I just needed to give a male RMT a chance. Thank you Jordan, you went above and beyond and now I feel great ???? I will definitely be back often.

Lovely and calming. My first massage therapist is no longer working there but I highly recommend Brittany. Shes so friendly and easy going. I also appreciate there understanding that I have a child and have even offered to allow her to accompany me during my sessions. They are very understanding. I havent had my child come because it could be disruptive to other pt. But I think the offer is kind.
