In the process of getting full body laser hair removal and I am pleasantly surprised to see exceptional results within just 3 sessions!! MIxes, I've been there before and gotten a real good deep tissue massage... But the last time I was there, just a few weeks ago, it was not all that good. They did I decent job on my back, but as far as full body goes they didn't really touch much anything else. Additionally they music was out and all I could hear my massues's stuffy nose.

I come here once or twice a week and get the 2 hour deep tissue massage. I often choose May or Anne as my masseuse. Both are incredible but with different styles. May focuses on giving you a deep tissue massage, while Anne uses hot rocks for your massage. I usually go for the 2 hour massage because I train often in a week and it gives the masseuse more time to focus on different parts of your body. The business in itself is professional and efficient. I have not had any issues with the business in itself. It is usually smooth and respectful. I enjoy coming here because they treat me well and I would highly recommend this business to those looking for an excellent massage treatment for your body from head to toe.

Nice people but the way that they charge you is not based on their price list at all. I had a membership but they charged me by the higher price. This happened twice for me. Also massage itself is not as you expected. BTW, my first visit was January 2017 and I have visited this spa more than 8 times.

Loved my experience at Alfa Spa and Wellness. My finance surprised me with a getaway to the city, and a trip to Alfa Spa for my birthday. We had a couple massage here and this was amazing. We talked about my problem areas and it was the most relaxed I have ever felt. The receptionist and RMT Massage therapist were kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They even gave me a birthday cupcake! I will definitely be back.

Lovely spa with very friendly staff. Sammie did an amazing job with my Microdermabrasion. She was thorough, aware of my special considerations and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed at all costs. It was my first visit here and I’m disappointed. I had an appointment at 3 o’clock and then they called me to change it for 3:15 , which is fine! But because it was my first visit there I had to fill up some forms which took me almost 10 minutes, then I went for my massage, after 45 minutes I was done without receiving a message for my left hand! When I told my RMT she said that she missed it and sometime is happening! And she spent maybe couple of more minutes on my left hand. By the time I was finished paying and everything it was only 4:20 and I was charged for 60 minutes massage! I ended up paying for my visit myself because the receptionist said she can not submit the claim and I have to do it myself! Before booking I asked them if they are accepting direct claim through insurance companies and the answer was yes!!!

Excellent spa, perfect for relaxation. I always love coming here for couple massage. The amenities are fabulous and the best part, relaxing room with the most comfortable beds you could ask for. There is always a person to guide you through the quiet corridor to the sitting area. The staff is prompt, professional, helpful and friendly. You leave relaxed and thoroughly satisfied with the massage you have requested. I would recommend Alfa Spa to everyone.

We went yesterday with my husband for a Gold package massage and facial and my husband has bruises in his upper back. Also, for me instead of releasing pain in my hands and back had unpleasant experience and more pain. We’ve been so many times in massage with Registered Therapy Masseuse but never seen this unprofessional treatment from a masseuse. Also, the same person does massage and facial and the facial was conducted in the dark which it is awkward. How this person will see your face in the dark ? We’re really disappointed about the spa and would never return back. Have reported this issue verbally and called them to explain the issue with my husband and the receptionist was just laughing and explaining that their personnel is trained but honestly I doubt it.

The booking process was so easy and the front desk’s customer service was great.The only thing is they are not working with Green shield insurance and we hope the owner solves this issue and helps us to don’t pay out of our pocket.

Actually, when I first came during covid lockdown, I didn't have to wear a mask - and it's illegal for you to ask for my medical condition and I will be talking to my lawyer to follow through with this. You can't expect anyone to wear a mask for 90 minutes while getting a massage. When you're faced down on the massage table, the mask would suffocate me due to my medical exemption. You guys are not consistent with who does and does not enforce wearing masks and are asking customers for proof illegally. You will hear from my lawyer :)

I had an amazing experience. I’m pregnant and though-out the entire session Sookie kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable and brought in extra pillows I needed. The facial was the absolute best experience, it is exactly what my skin needed.I wasn’t sure what facial to do so sookie recommended one and by far the best facial I have ever had. I have been coming here for a few years, and this place never disappoints. The staff is always so polite and accommodating.

I have been to Stillwater Spa Downtown and Scandinavian Spa in Blue mountain and Alpha Spa has been by far the best place I have EVER ever been to....and for far less $$$. I went for a couples massage as a bday gift and both my boyfriend and I felt like a million bucks when we left. Both Wendy and Cece both did a supreme job. I asked for a deep tissue massage and Wendy really worked every part I needed to get worked on. She was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I can't wait for my next appt.

WORST MASSAGE EVER. went on saturday, the salon smelled dirty as soon as i walked in. the bed in the room looked like someone had just laid down on it, the sheets were all a mess. i should have taken that as a sign and turned around to go home. when i put my face down in t he bed the smell was horrible. the massage was painful and she was moving her hands so fast - it was the most un relaxing experience ever. the unit is small so you can hear any conversation going on - SO NOT RELAXING. but the BEST PART was my masseuse WAS ON HER PHONE DURING THE MASSAGE!! she was texting with one hand and massaging me with another!! the phone even rang twice during the massage! it took everything in me not to get upset with her - which i should have because she was not doing her job. i have never left a review for any company before but this was the worst massage experience of my life. it is safe i will never go back.

Clean - sheets, rooms beds and chairs are very clean, and no odors. Atmosphere - very relaxing rooms and music, and aroma. Therapist - OMG Magical... Reception - very kind, accommodating, and patient. Price - Very good about 120.00 taxes in for 90min Comments -- Every one is very professional. To be honest the massage was soo good they could have done it in a parking lot and I would have still gave a 5 star. I am going to this place for now on. Become a member and get even better rates. Cons - None at the moment but their massages can be addictive...

Friendly staff, very clean place, and nicely decorated - the waiting room has really comfy chairs and the atmosphere overall is relaxing. My massage therapist was Linda, and she was great - she knew what she was doing and made me feel comfortable. This place is also better priced compared to its competitors in the area.

This is one of the best Spa's in the GTA. Very friendly, courteous and professional manager and staff. I have been going there for two years and every time I have booked an appointment they take me right in as scheduled, but if you do have to wait a few minutes there is an very comfortable and relaxing lounge. The décor and lighting in every room is very tasteful and relaxing along with comfortable, adjustable massage tables. It is also extremely clean. I'm already feeling very relaxed and they haven't even started yet. When the massage therapist enters the room I'm always greeted in a very friendly manner and asked what type of treatment I'd like. They do exactly what I ask and check form time to time to see if I'd like more or less pressure applied. When finished, I'm so relaxed I feel like I'm floating out of the room. While paying for my treatment I'm offered water or tea which is a very nice touch. There are Spa's closer to where I live, but it is well worth the extra drive to come here. I highly recommend Alfa Spa and Wellness.

due to work injury I have to receive massages regularly, so i can be bit picky. Then base on my friends recommendation, I had tried this spa a few times already. It is fair to say that this spa is one of the best/favourite of all the ones i have been to. It is clean, staff are friendly and professional. The experience is always positive with every visit.

I visited this SPA last year, and everything was wonderful, unfortuntely this year change a lot and not to good. First of all: very cold in room, said to girl but nothing changed. Second: told the lady that she is doing very painful for me, asked more easy, didn't get And by the end prices very high and not based on their price list at all. Not nice. about your answer: I know about your politcs, but first of all administrations told that this price for 60 minutes, after that I told her that I had massage 45 minutes, she told: no, no, it is for 45 minutes. It is not nice everything. Massage: 85$ for 45 minutes. You are the most expensive in this district.

I had visited Alfa Spa & Wellness many times and the services here was always amazing. I rarely post reviews but yesterday I had the most incredible hot stone massage experience. My masseuse was so good I feel sleepy during the massage and woke up so relaxed and refreshed. Highly Recommended!

I booked 90 minutes and only got 60 - the lady was not good and my back pain came back a few hours later - you can hear people walking around during the massage and the room is always freezing so you can't relax. They claim to have heating pads but they're not set up and looks very unprofessional. They will illegally ask you for proof of a medical condition and try to force you to wear a mask and suffocate while getting a massage. Their employees are not on the same page regarding their mask policy.

I booked a couples RMT massage for my fiancé and I at Alfa Spa. It was our first time going for massages, and it was a lovely first experience! COVID-19 protocols were in place, hand sanitizer readily available, everyone needed to wear masks, etc. Facilities were clean and neat. The therapist I had, Bonnie, did a really great job of asking for feedback on whether the pressure was too little/too much. It was so relaxing - would definitely recommend.

This is my third time being there, and I usually go for a 90min full-body reflexology. I have had three different RMTs and all of them were amazing. They ask you what you wish them to focus and work on, and all you need is to just close your eyes and relax. The place is very clean, and they are always very friendly, and accommodating. I strongly recommend anyone giving it a try.

We had our couple massage today and it was one of the wrist that we could of get. The lady's didn't even asked us what to focus on they just came and stated to work. I asked to work only on my back and the lady that gave my wife a massage assumed that my wife wants the same so when my wife asked her about her legs she said ooohhh yea of course I will do it as well and then she did it for 3 min, then she asked her to go on her back gave her another 2 min head massage and that's it and when my wife told her what about my legs it wasn't even 5 min so she said next time, this time I focused on your back this time.... We r there once in a blue moon so what is next time for you?! However for myself I had only an upper back mostly right side massage, like the rest of my back doesn't excised , very poor service, not going back there ever again!!!!

Was skeptical to come at first due to covid, but Im glad that I did because my neck pain was hurting so much I couldnt even turn my head , my therapist did what she had to do and fixed my neck pain I can finally turn my head again! Would reccommed to anyone that are looking for good massage! They have a very professional team. It was my first visit here, the front desk first checked my temperature and asked me to sanitize my hands with the sanitizer that they provide before filling forms, I feel like this spa is clean because before the appointment the the receptionist was asking covid related questions over the phone made sure I havent traveled or been in touched wit covid patients and not sick. I had to fill out some forms and front desk made sure I didnt touch the pen that the last client touched that was before me, she asked me to take a different one, and when I ask the front desk what they have to protocols they have to follow for covid she tells me they sanitize all massage table, door knobs and any surfaces that were highly touched so I know they probably strict about the protocols, I would reccomend to anyone that are looking for good massage will definately come back!

Staff are extremely unprofessional, barely speak English and fail to value clients. Over the phone, they fail to offer accurate appointment times. IF you advise of a coupon or a promotion, miraculously the availability is limited when moments before it was open. Staff are quick with the service and despite paying for 90min massage, only received 85 because THEY were running late. Be sure to take note of the start and end time. Would not return.

I booked a 2 hour RMT massage and the SOTHYS™ HYDRATING INTENSIVE FACIAL for both me and my mom. The RMT told my mom she was done after an hour, but my mom told her she booked a 2 hour. The RMT had to leave the room to go check with reception and came back and proceeded for another hour. I was booked in the last room down the hall. During my massage, all I could hear was the washing machine going, as well as employees in the room beside on their break talking and using the microwave I waited 30 minutes between my massage and facial. The aesthetician came in and asked me what kind of facial I was getting and I told her I forgot which one I booked. She began to proceed anyway. When I went to pay I ask what facial they are charging me for and they were charging me for the one I booked, however this facial was suppose to be 75 minutes and the one I received was only 45. I expressed my annoyance with the loudness during my massage, which was not relaxing and asked why I am paying for a facial I did not receive. The lady at the desk was very unpleasant. I did not refuse payment for any service but wanted to express my experience as it was not at all pleasant This place should not be called a spa. The washroom was such a mess with cleaning products exposed, it was very loud with employees talking, heating food in the microwave and the washing machine going. The room was cold. They should have heating pads under the sheets for added comfort to guests I booked at this place based on the reviews and I was extremely disappointed with the ambiance of this place I will not be returning.

The spa is very clean and the rooms are relaxing and serene. My masseuse was friendly, professional, attentive and very skilled. I would highly recommend this spa to family and friends. Great deep tissue massage. I walked in with a sore neck and upper back and shoulders and walked out feeling great! The therapist took her time and I got the full 60 minutes. She was very responsive to my request for massaging areas where I felt extra tightness. Highly recommend.

I am really like what she did and she all so on time and finished exactly 1 hr. She did stop 5 or 10 minutes before , she did exactly 1 hr, who ever want to come ask for CoCo, the other lady are did very good job too, but I like CoCo, she go deep massage ????????

My first time at this spa and it was really great. Me and my mom went for a deep tissue massage and a seaweed scrub treatment. I went there to get deep tissue massage as my shoulder was paining. Person providing the massage didn't know any thing about deep tissue massage. Then suggested me to take dry cup massage, which I agreed to . It was total waste of time and money. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Second time here, lady for the facial is very rough not spa like and not relaxing, when she’s messaging ur head it hurts like hell and she didn’t really know what she was doing. I felt like all she was doing was putting lods of cream on my face. If u have long hair pass up on this, she got oil all over my scalp and I had to go home and shampoo my hair. She bumped the whole cart onto my bed and things were dropping everywhere. She also kept doing the same motion throughout the whole spa. She was very nice but technique just wasn’t it. Not worth the price at all I could’ve done this myself. Massage was good.

They took us in last minute, not very expensive, great daily deals. We had a couples massage where they were a bit chatty in the beginning. Secondly they kind of used too much oil, and proceeded to seep the oil into our hair and massaging it in leaving our hair super oily and gross after the massage.

I have been to the Maple location numerous times. The staff is always courteous and accommodating, the atmosphere is relaxing and calm. I think the attendant I had yesterday was Muki, she was good and the one I had previously was Vivian and she was very good.
