The best physio clinic I have visited. They were very friendly and had a profound understand of the body. They were so flexible with my schedule, and even agreed to stay late to see me. I tore my shoulder and started feeling better after the first session. They were very knowledgeable and were able to explain the exact source of my pain and how it was caused. They identified my injury instantly and were able to give me the right source of treatment. Facility is well equiped with state of the art equipment.

PhysioDNA is truly a hands on experience. I've discovered muscles I didnt know I have. The exercises and attention to detail will improve the way you live your life every day. Just when you think you've done all the exercises to support your lower back, there is another one waiting to push you just a little more. Special shout out to Irina! She has been a true blessing. You can tell shes invested in what she does by the way she corrects and tweaks your movement. Thank you! If you want to be stretched in ways you didnt know, then you have to try FST.
