I have visited Palermo Physiotherapy for Orthotics, Massage and Physiotherapy lately. All the specialist have been very accommodating, courteous very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Kristina who has been helping me currently with a lower back issue I had at work. She's hands on and diagnosed the issue even before I got my Xray done. Im very satisfied with their services and I'm grateful that I have this clinic so close to where I live.

My 6 years old son sees Dr. Tim and he is one of the best doctors. He knows how to get attention of kids and engage them to do required exercise. My son looks forward for appointments at Dr. Tim Also the clinic manager she is very nice and understanding.

My son developed a severe neck spasm and was unable to move but we saw Claire the same day and by the end of the appointment his pain was greatly reduced and he was 80% improved! Claire is very knowledgeable in my opinion and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist.

I have had the pleasure to see a few of the practitioners here and have had nothing but an amazing experience. Lisa helped me with both my 2 herniated discs and the pain associated with it and an injury I endure from work that cause a rib sprain. Which I didn't even know was possible. I have since started seeing Nada just for maintenance and exercises regarding my back issues. Working at a desk all day long my back can become very sore and stiff and Nada is a wiz at helping to relieve a lot of that pain. I have also had the pleasure of getting my Massages done by Maysam and she is fantastic. I know she is a new massage therapist but she is very skilled and always helps to relax me and help with my back pain/strain. I have also referred my boyfriend and my in-laws to her and they love her just as much as I do. She can truly do it all and I highly suggest booking your massages with her!

The customer service is great, the ladies do a great job for how busy it can be sometimes. Nada really helped with my neck issues and Maysam is just a phenomenal RMT & really did melt my stress away. And above all, the prices for the services are very fair. I will certainly be returning!

This clinic is simply amazing! I was looking for a place with good reviews when I decided to use my health insurance for physio and chiro and lucky me ended up finding this great place! The receptionists always greet me with a friendly smile and the therapists are so skilled and knowledgeable it makes you want to come back every time! :)

Palermo Physio & Wellness is a TOP NOTCH clinic. It's absolutely my choice for wellness and HIGHLY recommend to all. Lisa (physiotherapist) was thorough with her exam and knew right away the treatment needed. The massage was one of the best I've ever had. Josephine provided the perfect amount of pressure during my massage frequently asking my comfort level and how I was. I left Palermo Physio & Wellness with a highly decreased level of stress and I'll go back again and again. KUDOS Palermo.......keep up the great work..

I had an excellent experience at Palermo Physio! I was having shoulder problems and saw Tim, one of the physiotherapists. Tim was able to assess, diagnosis, and provide a personalized treatment plan that fit my needs. After a few months of going in for treatment and following a home care program, my shoulder began to feel much better. Additionally, the staff were all very friendly and the clinic was always kept clean and tidy! I would highly recommend if looking for physio, message, or foot care!

I fractured my ankle in 2003 and have had a range of problems as a result. Through physiotherapy, Lisa has been able to significantly improve my ankle strength and reduce the pain and discomfort I am feeling. I continue to visit Palermo Physiotherapy on a regular basis for maintenance and I've had great experiences with the foot care specialist as well.
