This Osteopathy place is really clean and amazing. I was able to book the osteopathy appointment myself through their online booking system. It was very easy to do and am very glad that I have found this place for my daughter who pulled a muscle in her neck while playing with other kids in the park. A friend recommended massage therapy services from Alka P and I am so thankful I took her suggestion. Alka is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and experienced massage therapists out there. You can truly tell she is passionate about her job, and she makes every treatment enjoyable for her clients. I had a bad case of frozen shoulder, with very limited movement of my arm. Just after two treatments with Alka, I had noticed a huge improvement. I cannot thank Alka enough for treating my shoulder and helping me return to my regular activities. Alka Ma’am is a great massage therapist. Very professional, very focused, very experienced, extremely knowledgeable, loves her job and with a great sense of humor. She can work on the areas that are sore and understand all the different muscles that contribute to the pain or injury. I’m a fibromyalgia patient and was in so much pain since more than 3yrs. When I first went for the massage therapy I was very stiff and in so much, Alka Ma’am took time to address all the issues and understood me and my body very well. She always makes sure that I feel better. And it’s been just 5 visits with Alka Ma’am and I’m feeling much relaxed and better. Blessed to have her as my massage therapist.

Days before Christmas I had back spasms and one morning I couldn’t get out of bed, move or get dressed without assistance and excruciating pain. Instead of any other treatment or medical service I went immediately to Ernest Geid for osteopathy. My pain was so intense I thought I would have to cancel my holiday trip. Ernest made time for three urgent treatments for me right before I was to leave for Christmas vacation. He promised I would be able to go on my trip comfortably and enjoy it without pain. I had limped into his office with people on either side of me. And yet after that first treatment I could walk out of his office unassisted and not in need of anything to manage the pain. Two treatments later and I went without pain on my holiday, just as he promised. He is compassionate, helpful, professional and his treatments are unbelievably effective. Our sessions have helped everything from my back, hips, feet and muscles to even helping clear up my sinuses, headaches and reduce my stress. Ernest’s treatments and approach and knowledge are life changing.

Had a 90min massage session booked but only got about 70min of real massage time as a out 20min got used for medical hx interview which wasn't really that necessary given that I didn't have much hx. I thought she would make up for the lost time but she didn't. My real problem that resulted in a low rating is the use of "Compliment" brand Coconut oil. It's the typical coconut oil in a jar you can find from any grocery stores. There's a reason why other RMTs use pricey massage oils instead of cheap coconut oil. Yes it has good benefits when used a small amount to moisturize skin. But massage requires a LOT of oil which goes all over the body. The standard solid coconut oil was definitely not a good choice for the massage as it left my whole body very grossly sticky and greasy. I couldn't even put my clothes on without wiping some off from my body with papertowels. It actually felt so yucky after that I had to drive straight home and took a shower. I didn't even wanna stop quick for a coffee. It literally felt like my skin couldn't breath because of the layer of oil. Other places offer better price and still use legit massage oils that absorbs to skin well after the massage. 90min massage was $145 which is not cheap. Couldn't even see the price on website until I physically showed up for appt. The price list was posted on the wall. I had to choose this clinic as it was the only place I could get an appt on wknd before new year. If I had more time, I would've just left. She was very nice and skillful but I won't go back. I expect better for that much price and at least a massage oil that doesn't make you feel like you accidentally spilled the whole bottle of cooking oil on yourself. Giving 2 stars cuz my therapist was actually a nice person. She was very good in her skill so I did not have problem on that. ** Now you are trying to dispute my review, let me clarify. Yes she asked me if I was ok during the massage and I said yes. There was nothing wrong with her massage itself. So I told her yes. Did she ask me about my options for oil? NO SHE DID NOT. It would've been better if she at least wipe the oil residue with a hot towel or something but that did not happen. I had to wipe off myself with a paper towel before getting dressed. If you feel your price is right, you keep with it. But as a customer, I expressed my feeling so that other people can also make an informed decision before their appointment. Because if I knew about it before I went there, I would've made a different decision.

My family doctor recommended this clinic for my leg cramps. I was able to book my first massage appointment at 7 am here with the massage therapist due to my work. During the first appointment, the massage therapist was very knowledgeable and very experienced while taking down my health information. Ever since that first session, I love coming here and this week probably my 5th appointment here. I have been visiting here for the past 2 months and it has helped with my leg cramps. I would definitely recommend this place and would say she is the best #OakvilleMassageTherapist and has magic hands.

You know what’s fun? Trying to do something to better your health, research it, book it, take the time to plan your calendar and care for your (young) children so that I can take time out and take care of myself. Then, you get the reminder for the appointment a few days prior. Then you get the notification to complete the health questionnaire before you go for your appointment. Get there, wait 25 mins in reception - no one coming out - call the office to see if anyone answers. The lady who answered was lovely and apologetic for the mistake. Calls the practitioner that was supposed to give me a consult, in office, to let me know that she can call me and so sorry for the confusion. THEN the practitioner, Cathy Boyce, made it sound like it was supposed to be a call all along (it wasn’t, nor does any communication state as such - NOR did the receptionist believe it should have been via the phone!) and THEN had the net to make it seem like she was doing ME a (fill in the blanks) favour by talking to me “FOR FREE”, even after explaining the above (plan, child care, waiting, or and wait for it... PAY FOR PARKING!!) UN-freaking-believable. How this place is best in anything is beyond me. So incredibly disappointed.

Alka is amazing. I have experienced chronic knee issues for well over 10 years, doctors have prescribed pain medication and i have also undergone surgery - nothing changed or helped. With just one session with Alka I was able to feel a difference. After seeing Alka a few times the pain is significantly less and I couldn’t be happier. Alka is incredibly knowledgeable and she is able to explain things that I doubt my doctors even knew. If you are debating coming here to see Alka take this message as a definite yes. Called the Natural Health Clinic of Halton for Osteopathy service and I was lucky enough to be able to get booked for their Initial Osteopathy Treatment appointment on the same day. The entire appointment was 75 minutes long where they took all of my information and then provided some treatment. I have booked 6 more Osteopath sessions to help me with my shoulder pain. They also provided me some exercises and explained as to why I have this pain. Overall I was extremely happy and the service they provided.
