Very disappointed with how unprofessional and untrustworthy the employees (therapist and receptionist) were regarding keeping with appointments that were booked far in advance. My parents have gone to their establishment many times and are not one to speak up about such unprofessional behaviour. However, this has taken place on numerous occasions after booking time off to attend an appointment they had made with this facility, with reasons such as 1) no appointment or 2) double booking that resulted in them not having their appointment at all. It is unprofessional of this company and staffing to behave in this manner. If there is no appointment or no time slots do not over book and tell a patient to come at a given time and day. Do not blame a patient for getting the date mixed up when they have verified with you multiple times the exact time and day. You are wasting their time, particularly if they booked time off work to attend this. This is outrageous and honestly the worst service. At the very least I would expect a simple phone call to indicate "your appointment was cancelled or moved" yet none of this has ever happened and continues to be a problem with no remorse from the staffing. They will not be returning to such a place and we will ensure our friends and relatives do not either.

I started going to Meridian Massage a few years ago when I had a shift in my lumbar vertebrae and was in so much pain and discomfort. Matthew took the time to listen to me, took note of my concerns and proceeded to give me the best treatments ever to relieve my pain and discomfort and I've never looked elsewhere ever since. I have been to a few massage therapist before and had some disappointing experiences. I tried Meridian and couldn't have been happier. Matthew was great and very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the area he would focus on for my pain and I felt amazing after. I have chronic pain in my lower back and everytime I come I feel amazing for days almost weeks after. I highly recommend Meridian massage to others!!

I had a quick 30minute massage to work out discomfort in my back. I got an appointment the same day and after a week of pain, the next day all,pain was gone. Matthew takes time to listen and knows exactly what he's doing. He's very experienced and qualified in Chinese medicine including massage. This was the first "proper" deep tissue massage I've had and I've had many massages in the past, none as professional as this. Highly recommend.

Matthew the owner is wonderful! I can’t speak enough praise about her and his staff. Always accommodating to my schedule, always friendly. A very clean and inviting setting, his room with a big screen TV and relaxing music really sets the tone although you don’t see it after you lie down. Matthew is a real professional and under his skillful hands my muscle inflammation that prevented me from using my arm adequately totally subsided. I drive forty five minutes to see him, well worth It!
