I am recommending Roxanne Derksen for her talent as a Feldenkrais practitioner. i have been doing Awareness Through Movement classes since 1974 and have had great success and pleasure working with a seasoned and gracious person in Roxanne. I've had a dozen Functional Integration or one on one sessions as well and am amazed at her attentiveness and enthusiasm for her craft. I see her approach as power based in that the Feldenkrais Method gets at weaknesses in function and that seems to be the focal point as she works in my mind. I appreciate her openness and willingness to explore whatever comes her way.

Very bad experience. She was not good at all. Maybe for a relaxing massage but not for a deep tissue. Also it started very late , then Roxane was out for 10 min fixing things and I finishing right on time. I signed for a 60 min and I barely had 45 min. Never again. P.S Answering to your reply. I am not critiziing your experience. I am doing it for the work you presented. You did refunded me that minutes since I requested, it was not given as an offering from you. Finally I did went with other professional who did helped me and fix the problem . Again sorry that it does not make you happy to hear it but that was my experience, but thanks for taking the time to response.

I was interested in finding a registered massage therapist so I "auditioned" four different RMTs along the avenue to see who might be a good fit. You see, I am a swimmer and I thought it might be helpful if my practitioner had knowledge of the ins and outs of swimming as it relates to massage therapy. Of the four massages I received, Harland won out hands down! Just the way he works the muscles and zeros in on just the particular area of need is uncanny. He also has suggested additional exercises to improve things. While all four RMTs had their strengths, Harland at Vivi won the audition, and I have continued to book his services since. Thank you Harland! Highly recommend.

Roxanne Derksen is an extremely experienced RMT. Marissa and Ilinca are new RMTs benefitting from her mentorship in Feldenkrais. Vivi is also a great spot for supplies. Lots of other local RMTs get their tables and oils here.

I have been to Roxanne 6 times as of today. I first came to her in agony. I had cramped up my neck and could hardly move my head! Not only did she help alleviate my severe pain, she also started to work on my overall body mechanics. I have lived with chronic back pain for about 16 years after having a diskectomy. She attributed all my neck pain to long standing body movements that I was doing in order to protect my back. Everything she told me made absolute perfect sense and I knew that if I was to really help myself, I had to move with my pelvis. I love Roxanne’s honesty and her knowledge about how the whole body works and moves in coordination. She let me know on my first visit that my issue was something she could not fix in 1 visit. Finally! A RMT that didn’t tell me just what she thought I wanted to hear. So after 6 visits I can truly say she is a gem! My back is a work in progress but I am seeing good things happen! Roxanne can tell as soon as I walk in her office if I am struggling that day or not. She is totally intuitive. I would highly recommend Roxanne to anyone needing an experienced RMT.

I had booked an RMT appointment with Roxanne and she spent the first part of the appointment assessing how I carried myself. She thoroughly explained simple changes I could make to alleviate the pain & discomfort I had been dealing with. More than that, Roxanne listened to me. In the two weeks since my appointment, the pain has gone and I am able to participate actively in my life again. I cannot recommend ViVi Therapy Integrated Health enough. Both Roxanne and Vanessa are wonderful to deal with. Five stars!

ViVi was recommended to me for having good prices for good quality essential oils. I found their prices were competitive and their customer service was excellent. Roxanne really spent the time to understand what I needed. I purchased peppermint essential oil which I used to scent candles and it worked great, the candles smell wonderful. Kristen was amazing! I like that she provides a mobile service - being able to have a massage in my own home is very convenient. She touched my neck, shoulders,back - and knew that I have two monitors, how they are set up, how I sit, etc.! At the end she gave me a number of helpful tips to help my with my neck and back (I didn't realize how frequently I tuck my feet under my chair - she asked me if I did and now, after being back at work on Monday, I catch myself doing it all the time!). She worked a miracle on my neck and shoulders. I was so tight that I had started taking Advil frequently - an hour spent with Kristen gave me back my full range of mobility and now I'm pain free. I will definitely be adding Kristen's services to my ongoing health routine.

I am visiting from Vancouver, and before arriving to Victoria I had been in an aircast for 2 months. I just started back at and i work a busy job and by the time 2 weeks had passed I could barely walk or move at all. After seeing Roxanne once I felt great, it wasn't just a massage, she taught me how to properly and consciously move my body. And I walked in today( my third time seeing her) without my aircast or cane and walking straighter than I have before. She was a god send to me. Worth every penny! Acupuncturist Neil treated me for neck, back pain and stress headaches with cupping, tui na massage, acupuncture in one session. Amazing experience, didn't feel rushed, he understood my issues and addressed them very well. Highly recommended , look forward to be a regular :)

My boyfriend and I took the intro massage class with Roxanne and loved it! The setting was very private and comfortable and the class size was small enough that we could watch the demos easily, try the techniques out ourselves, and ask lots of questions. Highly recommend it to anyone wanting to learn the basics of massage, and even as a great activity to do for fun as a couple. :)

I called this store to inquire about their massage table rental fees, as listed on the company website. The person who answered the phone was very unprofessional and started raising her voice and shouting at me. Needless to say, I was not impressed with their customer service.

Harland is Awesome!! His knowledge, experience, and strength is exactly what is required to work on the tough knots in my back and neck. I like to go once per week to relieve the tension that accumulates from sitting all day at my desk job. Harland and Marissa have both put in a lot of great work assisting in my recover from strain injuries in my forearms from downhill biking and weight lifting. Harland excels at deep tissue pressure, and gives fantastic neck and trap massages. Marissa excels at working on muscle fascia and gives great advice for useful recovery exercises.
