Not only is she very skilled, she also has a natural knack for this. I feel conflicted telling people how good she is because I want to keep my bookings. I came in the other night for a lift and tint service for my eyelashes. This was my first ever lash service and Ella did a great job. She was fun and informative during my appointment and made me feel wonderful. The lashes look great and keep my morning simple ♡ thank you Ella!

I went today to have a spray tan with Janice and I was very impressed. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive and overall my experience was great! I asked the girls about a few of their different products and they were knowledgable and helpful. Not only would I recommend this spa, I'll be going back!

What a relaxing spa! I have been to Bliss several times over the course of the pandemic and I have always been so impressed with their level of professionalism and attention to health and safety. When coming to a place to relax, not having to worry about potentially contracting the virus is very important to me. I know what a struggle it is to accommodate everyone, and my hat goes off to all the details they've implemented while navigating through the Public Health orders. A special shout out to Rachel, the esthetician I've had for all of my visits so far. She was so lovely and her calming demeanor and skills made the experience that much better. I could tell how important cleanliness was to her, as she explained each precaution she was taking. THANK YOU Bliss spa for such a continuously spectacular experience.

Absolutely the BEST pedicure I've ever had! I'm super paranoid about cleanliness when it come to pedicures and this place is so clean! The estheticians are so genuinely sweet, the rooms are private and relaxing, the products are high quality and the work done is perfect. I don't know if I'll go anywhere else for a pedi after this !

Such a quiet and peaceful spa tucked in beautiful Cadboro bay and such a responsible and dedicated member of community. Bliss is the best spa in town, hands down! Everyone there from the front desk staff to the RMTs and estheticians are so lovely and professional. They truly care about their clients and love what they do. I've had services with almost everyone there and I have always felt so pampered and relaxed. They have adapted so well to COVID times, which just goes to show how great the ownership is and how accommodating the staff is. Honestly, I could go on and on about how awesome everyone there is. If you are looking for any kind of spa services (or a gift for someone!) Bliss is the only place you need to go!

First experience was great. I phoned to indicate I would be running late due to traffic, I was told it wouldn't be a problem and that they would make it work, I drove over 20mins and when I arrived I was told they couldn't take me even though they booked me 245-3, so they took the other client in early.

Bliss really is rightly named. Yesterday I had my first facial by Nicole and it truly was blissful. The Spa was beautiful and immaculate. The staff I encountered were friendly and professional. As I wasn't sure which facial to choose, Nicole first assessed my skin and recommended the best product to address my concerns. The whole process felt wonderful. I completely lost track of time. I also thoroughly enjoyed the hand massage with paraffin. Altogether, a truly fabulous pampering experience! I will be back.

Well named spa as the staff bring you to a state of "Bliss". From the fabulous relaxation massage with Derek to a perfect pedicure with Nicole every detail was exquisite! The receptionist welcomes you with a cup of tea as you wait in the beautifully appointed waiting area. The treatment rooms are immaculate, well-equipped, private and have fabulous ambiance including soft music, candles, and aromatherapy. The luxurious pedicure was done lying down on a comfortable massage bed and included wonderful paraffin foot wraps. The heavenly treatments were beyond compare to others I have experienced. Thank you for a "blissful" experience!

I had gel nail polish and a manicure done with Lauren. She was absolutely amazing! She was kind, thorough and gentle (I am picky because other places have hurt me in the past while doing manicures) She also recommended I buy the Nova Lash Pillow. I have sleeping problems that make me sleep on my side/face and push my lashes down...with the lash pillow, I have a nice curve to place my cheek on, so I can sleep on my side and my lashes stay nice all night! They look amazing now, I barely have to use mascara to perk them up, and the bags under my eyes have vanished! I am so happy with my services from Bliss and I will be back again and again to have services done by Lauren!
