I've been seeing Amanda for Acupuncture for a while now. She is informative and knows her stuff. When dealing with infertility and trying to conceive it can be very stressful, Amanda is a calming light in a frustrating situation. I'd highly recommend her for acupuncture treatment!

I have been to Symmetry several times and their staff is always very friendly and professional. I had my first massage (ever!) there and although I was quite nervous, she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have also been in to see Dr. Karen regarding some food intolerance I've been experiencing. Dr. Karen has me well on my way and I feel so much better already. She really knows her stuff!! If you have more than one thing that needs attention, they often work as a team to make sure you are getting the help you need. I have been coming to this clinic since it opened. I am very active and with that comes sore muscles, etc. From a therapeutic massage for my neck and back, to seeing Dr Karen , to Physiotherapy. I highly recommend this wellness clinic.

I have been going to see Dr. Karen for about 3 years now. I have seen other naturopaths but she is by far the best. After seeing Dr. Karen, I've also seen Dr. Lana for acupuncture, Dr. Steven for chiropractic service, Waylan for physio and Kim for massage. They are all exceptional. I love how they work together with patients and I don't have to run to 3 or 4 different places. Symmetry is a place I have referred to several friends and will continue to.

Blair is an amazing person and massage therapist. I contracted Lyme disease 4 to years ago. I have had multiple health issues as a result. I went from a healthy person to a woman who lived from day to day. One of my many ,concerns was joint and muscle pain. My daughter is 25 years old. She has Vasovagal Syncope, which means she faints at the sight of blood. She saw Dr Karen this morning for her first consult which was supposed to be free and to have IV Therapy. She told Dr Karen that she has this condition and Dr Karen said she knows about it, but she gave her the therapy anyway. When my daughter fainted, she took the IV out. My daughter did not receive her therapy and the doctor had no real information on how she could treat her. She was awkward and told my daughter to call her if she wanted to. She still had to pay $50 for a treatment she never received. She called it "acute therapy". A drummed up charge. Needless to say, we won't be back. What a shame. It was my daughters first experience with a naturopathic doctor.

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Steve is an excellent young chiropractor well versed in his field who goes above and beyond. Your session is not just a quick review of your status, adjustment and gone. Dr. Steve takes the time to enquire of your status, past and present, what you have tried, what's working and what's not. While checking your spine, he may stretch some muscles before doing his adjustments. He always explains what he is doing and asks how you're feeling throughout. After the adjustments, he will again check your spine and maybe go through a few stretches again. Dr. Steve is very easy to talk to and ask questions, and knowledgeable on what you can do. He cares. Dr. Lana is also easy going and well versed in her field of Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Very approachable with your concerns and discusses her processes and various possibilities. Always open to your questions and works as a team with you to help find solutions that work for you. Dr. Lana's smile and positive attitude always has me leaving her office in a nice mental happy place!
