Very nice location. The staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, the shoulder injury that led me to them never improved. I followed the prescribed rehab plan and went for treatment on a regular basis. After a few months, nothing has improved. Hopefully others will have better success. Excuse the screen name... my daughter was playing with my account!

Excellent physiotherapy from here. The actual owners are the people doing the work, and they're pleasant and knowledgeable. They also have a massage therapist which is also a plus. I've been to a number of other physiotherapists over the years for "reasons" and these are possibly the best I've had. Highly recommend.

Great staff and clinic. I drive out of my way to go there because they are so good and it’s worth it. Julie is very knowledgeable and provides clear direction with the exercises. I am very happy with my progress and I am enjoying life with significantly less pain. Highly recommend.

Was there for a 3 day course and decided to book a massage (spoiling myself). Best thing I did!!! There are so many practitioners in Nova Scotia and after reading what Ryan does I was confident that I wanted a treatment by him. FST is unique, effective and non-evasive treatment that I wanted to experience by a level 3 practitioner and he was awesome. I have chronic pain. I learned and laughed and he gave me some tips as well as a referall to a practitioner in my area. (Ontario dwealler). Hope to work with you again. Thank you. Viva Nova Scotia

I've had some bad physio experiences with lazy practitioners at other clinics, but my sports med recommended that I see Mitch when he was at Accel years ago which was an excellent choice, and I chose MOVE when I recently needed to re start treatment because I knew it was Mitch and his Wife's practice. Currently seeing Ghislain, Both he and Mitch are top professionals who pay great attention to detail and are enthusiastic about helping you return to sports/ work at 100%.

I injured my Achilles tendon, and during an endurance challenge I injured my right knee to the point of almost not being able to walk. After about 4-5 appointments with Ghislain both my issues were drastically better, he set me up with exercises and improvements on my running form. After about two months I'm already almost back to my normal training routines. Would definitely recommend this clinic and Ghislain to everyone with injuries.

Awesome spot! Great therapist (physio & massage), friendly staff, modern look. Their gym is awesome! Recommend to anyone looking for physiotherapy, or massage. They also have orthotics and bracing as well, but I didn't need those services.

I highly recommend and have recommended Move Physiotherapy. Mitchell has helped me heal through several injuries since they opened and I'm impressed with his vast knowledge, professionalism and the time he takes to listen to my concerns. I haven't felt rushed through a treatment. Plus, He has many services to offer, acupuncture, dry needling, etc. ! I'm looking forward to using the massage therapist as well. Oh - and they have an online booking option and very friendly front desk support staff! It's close to my home as well win win!

By far the best physiotherapy experience I have every had. I had previously just had heat and TENS machines thrown on me, with minimal time spent with the physiotherapist. But here I had 1-on-1 treatment, with lots of eduction and information on my injury, how to manage it, and exactly what exercises are best for me! They even email my exercises to me with pictures!!

Best Physio! I’ve seen Mitch at two different clinics, for two different injuries. He’s fixed a major shoulder injury of mine, and also helped me with my lower back. I haven’t had to see him yet at Move Physio yet, but I stopped in and it looks AMAZING! I would highly recommend anyone to go here!! I have also heard great things about Ryan Young, their massage therapist!

Fantastic spot! Brand new building, bright office, in a great location. Close to the highway, and lots of free parking available. All of the staff are very friendly, and helpful, and they can direct bill most insurance plans! Both Physiotherapists, Mitch and Julie are great to work with for any injury, and are all around great people. Ryan, the Massage Therapist will give you hands down, the best massage you have ever had, he is very gentle, and highly experienced in many techniques, truly helping you walk away feeling better than you did when you walked in the door. I would highly recommend Move Physiotherapy to anyone needing Physiotherapy, or Massage Therapy. You won't regret it!

Julie is an amazing physiotherapist. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and fibromyalgia and had done a lot of searching for a therapist that could help me with the pain and mobility issues that come along with these conditions. Julie is the first who not only has helped me when I am having a flare but is helping me to become more active without causing more pain and issues. I feel supported and am getting stronger which is amazing. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They are excellent at what they do and also wonderful people!

I started treatment for a concussion in June, 2019 and received excellent, professional, care from both Mitchell and Ghislain. Very thorough and hands on, while using a variety of treatment tools to relieve my pain, increase my flexibility, strength and ability to function. I never felt rushed. This was followed up with home exercises each time I was there. Excellent practitioners. You get your money’s worth. Nationally certified in concussion therapy, Mitchell is extremely knowledgeable and knows concussions inside and out. He put me at total ease and is a great educator. Received top notch care while at this clinic. Bright, clean new facility with a great location. Thank you Mitchell and Ghislain!
