I just visited Dr. Payne’s clinic last week, a nice little cozy clinic in the bottom of a duplex, a very warm welcoming place! The chiropractor (Dr. Payne) was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough (and even sent me home with some exercises to do for my shoulder on my own as well), my shoulder has been feeling great since! I definitely recommend checking him out!

I met Julien when I was newly arrived in Nova Scotia. He is an extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and well rounded practitioner. He is different from other chiropractors I have met in that he integrates exercises into his recommendations to promote recovery. I have had to see him a lot less than I would have without these exercises, and they are so well crafted that they are healing in themselves. I always leave feeling pretty much perfect physically. Not only is he intelligent and educated, but he is kind as well. A person truly invested in bettering the community and its members. He has been supportive in helping me and my family transition to another province. I am intensely grateful for him helping heal my body and create a supportive transition here. If everyone is like Julien here then I think Nova Scotia has to be the best place to live in Canada.

Dr. Payne is an excellent chiropractor who has helped me resolve ongoing issues from a past ankle injury (torn ligaments, sprain, fractures), as well as routine maintenance of my back and neck. He is knowledgeable and does an excellent job explaining the root of the problem in layman’s terms. He also has a very informative Instagram account that is worth a follow!
