After suffering from a back injury at a young age I received a lot of different treatments over the years that helped with pain, but never solved the underlying problem. Being someone who thoroughly enjoys playing golf and being physically active I kept injuring the same area of my lower back. Thankfully a friend recommended Dr. Emily Wiggin as she is TPI certified and an outstanding chiropractor. With only a few adjustments thus far, I am already seeing a huge improvement and understanding of what is happening with my lower back. Dr. Wiggin is very knowledgeable, attentive to detail and explains injuries in a way you will understand. My expectations are already far exceeded and I would recommend Dr. Wiggin to anyone! The warmth and professionalism displayed at Kinesis Health Associates was also amazing! I would highly recommend this facility to friends & family.

Dr. Ellefsen, Jackie, Tara and Travor have all provided the greatest care ever; they have helped me more than I ever imagined was possible! I convinced my partner to go to the chiropractor because of her sore back (I have had wonderful results from chiropractors and swear by them). She took a day off work to get the assessment/treatment done. Half way through the assessment she was informed that she couldn’t get a treatment that day as he didn’t do treatments on the first visit and that the next available time to get any treatment would be 5 days later...meaning she would be in pain for 5 extra days. This is even after the chiropractor told her what her problem was. I have been to chiropractors across this country and NEVER has this happened to me. Sounds like the almighty dollar (more appointments) is more important than the health and well being of the patient. Completely disgusted

Going to see Dr. Daughinee was an inspirational experience as well as a healing experience. The man is awesome, his kind and gentle manner was most excellent, I didn't have to be self conscious at all with my injury, I left with an astounding sense of peace, I can't wait to go back. STAY AWAY FROM THE 8 WEEKS TO WELLNESS PROGRAM! Dr. E (Jans Ellefsen) is the owner of this clinic and runs the 8 weeks to wellness. He reassured me during my assessment that if my injury required physio or anything other than Chiro he would ensure it was a part of the 8 weeks. He told me I had a functional scoliosis and required chiro. He blew through my entire benefits, was always 20-30 min late every time and would adjust me in 5 min and have me out the door. Every time I asked how I was progressing it was, "You are exactly where I would expect you to be." Well, my back pain was 2/10 before all these "Back adjustments" was a 8/10 by the end when my benefits ran dry. Went to a doctor and a physiotherapist that both confirmed I had no functional scoliosis .... I have a tilted pelvis... I have asked around and believe other physicians within the clinic rarely get referrals from this "8 weeks to wellness" I also confirmed other patients of Dr. E getting a bad vibe that he cared more about the billable hours than their health...I did not get a good vibe AT ALL..but I trusted the title of "Dr." and trusted this process of 8 weeks to wellness...I Felt that all he cared about was the health of his financial statements and not a care for the health of his patients... I am not one to make reviews but want people to be warned...(I have changed my name on google reviews to keep my review anonymous which is why I am not found in the system).

They only care about profits. Not the patient. Nice clinic. They are all about the money. They will have you on a program spending lots of money, showing zero care. Very clean place but I feel like I just walked out of a sleazy used car dealership each time I went there.

Thank you Dr. E and staff. I injured two more disks in May lifting some heavy stuff. The pain was unbearable. It greatly affected every aspect of my life.
