Excellent experience! Amazing facial. They offer a lot of services here and it seems like a busy place! It was the first time for me. My service provider was professional, kept chit chat to a minimum and focused on providing a relaxing atmosphere.

How many salons in the valley charge a $20 fee for being late? This is the only one. I've called all over, and it's unheard of. But for some reason Heritage feels it's ok. I'll take my business elsewhere thank you
