I have been going to Embrace Spa for years; since back in their old spot, for massages, pedicures, manicures and facials. I love the new location! It's very clean, organized and well kept. They have a points system, which is a fantastic perk, and great offerings in tea/coffee, treats and even wine! The ladies at the front desk are very attentive, and generally know me by name as I come in every 6 weeks or so. Jenny is my massage therapist and she is wonderful! She is very attentive to what I need focused on during each visit. She is super pleasant and easy to talk to (if that's your thing while getting a massage!) and doesn't mind feedback on how the pressure is at all (in fact, she encourages it!). Though, her pressure is always spot on, and she can really get in to those tight spots. I would follow her anywhere, though I do hope she never leaves Embrace Spa because I love it there!

Covid made some services change accordingly, and Embrace has done a great job of adapting and ensuring client care, comfort, and safety as well. Good job Embrace!

The service is Friendly and nice but the atmosphere made me feel uncomfortable. The scent in the air and music made me feel out of place. I honestly didn't feel like I belonged here. Again not because of the staff but the general atmosphere.

This sounds strange as a 3/5 rating....because the staff and services are second to none.....however, for me, the ambiance and "feel" of a spa are equally as important. This new location on the Bedford highway is definitely NOT in keeping with the upscale service. Its an "OK" spot but the lounge feels dark and not in a relaxing way....it's just not the same "feel" as the previous location. In fact, its such a different feel that I've asked my husband to not get my annual spa gift card from Embrace anymore.

I bought a gift card for hundreds of dollars a couple years ago, with no mention of any kind of expiry, and now they refuse to honor it. I feel like I've been robbed by this place, be careful spending money here.
