I had a groupon for a massage and was given "acupressure treatment". The lady didn't introduce herself and left the door open for the entire treatment with the lights out. When she got to my feet, she said they were too cold and left abruptly for five minutes (This time leaving me alone in the pitch black), and came back with a hot towel that she put on them, and then never came back to (the towel quickly got cold also). I had a 60 minute treatment but she said she was finished after 45, and left very quickly out of the room, this time shutting the door and for the second time, leaving me in the dark.

I purchased an introductory deal of 2 ultrasonic caviatation treatments and Dr Ramadan kindly offered me complementary cupping to maximize results. She truly care about you and your goals and takes her time with each clients. She provided me with complementary health and wellness recommendations and thoughfully fixed extra little issues that I have been struggling with for a while. She always goes above and behond and cares about the results just as much as me, which is amazing. I was very impressed by the results of my sessions; in only 2 treatments I lost 1/2 inch on each of my arm circonference vastly improved my overall skin appearance. I am going back to treat other zones.

I expected more when looking at website and pictures. It's very small, not that fancy. The massage table was wobbly which was kinda annoying. The dude giving the massage was very good though.

I had three sessions so far, I feel amazing and much better! The whole staff are so professional and friendly! The assessment was so valid and detailed based on my condition, the combined treatments that they’ve applied on me is perfect and productive. I’ve tried physio consultation, cupping “my favourite”, ultrasonic and decompression “I call it magic” and it’s so effective in my case. I used to have severe back/ neck pain but now i feel way better and relieved in addition to getting all my strength back ????????I highly recommend them, they are the best????

Dr Nashwa Ramaden is the best of the best. Her treatments are so thorough and she cares deeply about making a difference and supporting her clients. Amazing microdermabrasion treatments and the most effective and soothing facials ever. If I were able, I would book a session with her every two weeks. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I recently bought a Groupon for an acupuncture treatment. The first appointment had to be postponed, I received a call from them about an hour before the appointment saying the acupuncturist had a sick child. I had no problem with that. The appointment was re-scheduled for the next day the acupuncturist was going to be there. I showed up on time, but no one from Dundee bothered to show up at the office, nor have they returned my phone calls today. Beware of buying Groupons from this business. Fortunately I was able to get a refund from Groupon. Dundee has offered me a chance to work with an RMT, but what good does a massage do when I wanted acupuncture?

Great centre for various services. I have gone for decompression and massage several times and have had excellent experiences in dealing with all staff particularly Dr Nashwa. She is very professional and thorough with her analysis and treatment of my issues.

I purchased the 3 month subscription which is very affordable and an amazing deal! I have been so pleased with the services I receive twice a month. I feel like Nashwa takes her time and is very insightful on what my skin needs the most. My skin has improved significantly and I noticed a reduction in my facial breakouts. I have been getting the parisian peel, oxygen facial as well as the facial cupping and Im excited to try more treatments to come!
