Previously I visited PT Health Russell Lake on the odd occasion I had stiffness in my neck and back pain. The masseuse was okay. However, today when I called the national line they said the only available short notice appointment was at Cole Harbour Place. I’m so glad I called and as luck would have it, I was assigned “Jason Hart” upon meeting Jason I felt at ease, he was very professional and conducted a comprehensive interview of my condition before conducting what can only be described as the best Theraputic Massage I’ve ever had. And trust me alive had a lot.... including the Ritz Carlton Boston. In my humble opinion and experience Jason is a Gem to PT Health and Nova Scotia. 5 Stars hands down. Thank you Micheal at the PT Health call center for the short notice appoint and Hats off to Jason for the this Customers Chouce Award for Nova Scotia’s Best Massuse.

My most recent sessions with Natasha Trudel for an knee injury was quickly remedied with a few sessions and I was back on my bike in no time. I have been a patient at CHIH for almost 3 years now. I'm still undergoing treatments on my back and neck due to a car accident, and go about twice a month now for maintenance. Ben Murray and Stacy Turner have both been amazing! When Physiotherapy had done all they could for me and recommended seeing Dr. Ben Murray, I was pretty hesitant about having a Chiropractor work on my back. Treatments were often painful at first, but Ben was nothing short of amazing from the start. I often went into his office barely able to walk, but after a 15 minute treatment walked out upright. I highly recommend him. In addition, I also see Stacy Turner for Massage Therapy, and she has given me tremendous relief from back pain. I find it works best seeing her directly after Ben. I have been told by my Doctors that I will probably need this care for the remainder of my life to keep mobile, and I only hope Ben & Stacy will not be retiring anytime soon!!
