Excellent helped a lot

Linda Finnie

Had the best deep tissue massage here. The right amount of pressure, made me feel like I was really getting my muscles worked. A little sore afterwards but no bruising and felt better very quickly. Will be back for more soon.

Excellent service. I went in with a bad shoulder problem. I was assigned to Joel and he was amazing. Super patient with all my concerns, very thorough in his assessment and treatment programmes. He also made several modifications to my usual workout routines so that I can stay fit while helping me along the way with recovery. 10/10 I would recommended this place. Excellent service, good and friendly staff and very affordable.

I've been to other physiotherapist before, but this is the best of the best. The place is not large, but it's friendly and welcoming, relaxed by professional. Jessica is an amazing physiotherapist. She's excellent at what she does, thorough and communicates well, answering questions and explaining what she's doing and why. If you need a physiotherapist, go see her.

Dr Joel is an expert in Physiotherapy treatments. He treated my shoulder and back injury because of a badminton before 3 years. I do 3-5 visits per year for maintenance and Dr Joel makes sure things are getting better. He is very helpful. He listens to me carefully and advice accordingly. The staff is very kind. The early morning and late evening appointments are also a great comfort in managing treatments along with your job.

Excellent treatment facility

I called prior to my appointment to ensure they could direct bill through my medical insurance, well over a week on advance before the appointment date. It was only when I showed up a week later they told me they were not able to direct bill after telling me they could before booking any appointments . Will never go here

Have had to get physio for two separate problems, but moths apart. Had such success with the first problem that I had no doubt I was going back to CPP for the second issue. Cassie and the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. The other clientele were also friendly and we often ended up chatting together. I would recommend CPP to anyone who needed physio.

After seeing my family doctor and a walk in clinic with results that didn't satisfy me, I'm very glad I bit the bullet and decided to go to physio here. Not only did Joel quickly find out what the problem was, but was very kind and explained the issue to me in plain English. The receptionists are very friendly and were quick to answer any of my questions. Its nice to go to a place that genuinely cares about their patients. I have also booked and been to their massages there and Erica exceeds expectations and they also keep the high standard that the physiotherapists set.

Always the best in Physio and Massage services.

Great service

Meaghan Dugas

The receptionist is a friendly lady but has no sweet clue what she is doing, what forms are used for what or even how to properly schedule appointments. The massage therapist only works Tuesday's and Thursday's even though the website says Monday through Saturday so it is very tricky to schedule appointments.

Connor is very knowledgeable, is excellent

Like many physio places, heat and electrodes are used, but then they're off to go attend to others. If you're in massive or mild pain there isn't much difference to the treatment or outlook. Not much luck here with healing, but very helpful front desk.
