Purely by happenstance I discovered Aliahs clinic in late 2020. Initially I used her clinic to treat some minor aches and pains while using up an extensive balance on my health plan. Over the course of the winter of 20/21, not being from the North Shore area, dealing with job insecurity, isolation, loneliness being 2 hrs away from all friends/family, Covid-19 regulations and lack of entertainment/mental stimulation, I believe I fell into a seasonal depression. At this time I began to use Aliah's therapeutic services as a crutch, something to look forward to every other week, a light at the end of a dark tunnel. I believe Aliah's keen professionalism picked up on this and the treatment took on less of a physical therapeutic approach and more of a mentally therapeutic feel. Aliah undeniably helped me immensely get through the dark months of 2021, and when I reflect on the winter of 2021, I am truly grateful that I discovered Aliah's Clinic. Due to life circumstances I've not been able to visit for quite some time, but I pray for the day the stars realign and I'm able to reacquaint myself and recharge my batteries????. 5 stars doesn't seem like enough.
