After many disappointments in my search for a professional massage, I am happy to say the search is over. Truly therapeutic. Your money will not go to waste if you choose to be treated here. I need a real deep tissue massage not a tickle from a wet noodle. I've only had deep tissue massage from here, So I am yet to experience the other wide range of services they provide. However I am sure they will be just as amazing. Thank you Knot Stop!

I wanted to simply share my experience with Joshua, who was amazing! At first, I was hesitant like many might be, to see a male massage therapist. However I decided to do it anyways, and Joshua was very professional and great at his job. I went in primarily for my lower back pain, which he took care of and gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. We had some great conversations during the massage but he offered to stay quiet if you’re in for pure relaxation and it was nice to learn how passionate he is for his career despite the obstacles he faces. I hope everyone gives Joshua a chance and that more people judge based on technique and quality of the massage over other things! I’d for sure be more than happy to see him again. Best of luck :)

I've been going for massages for over 15 years now, and this clinic is by far my favorite! The staff here is super friendly, and welcoming. They do direct billing to your insurance company, and always has an infuser with essential oils going in the lobby. I've worked with Tommie several times, and she is amazing! She gives a more relaxing massage, but can also go deep. I've also had the opportunity to work with Kaitlyn, which was also fantastic! She focused more on pressure points as well as trigger points. Both Tommie and Kaitlyn will let you sleep during the massage, or are willing to chat as well if you want that.This clinic uses high quality, high thread count sheets as well, if that is important to you! I would highly recommend checking out this place and seeing either therapist, depending on your preference. You will not be disappointed! :)

I have seen many RMTs at various studios in my time (post athlete and car accident) but this was 100% my best experience. Shelley was absolutely incredible. I am a large and tall female myself and was worried about seeing another therapist who treated me like a mouse - this was not the case. She asked me about everything from start to end, such as if I needed to use the washroom before my appointment, whether the room temperature was comfortable, bed was okay, pressure was too little or too much, exceptionally friendly and very receptive to my instruction and specific areas I needed worked on. I felt like a million bucks leaving. There is a reason this spot has 5 stars!! I will be a regular client from here on out. Direct billing is a smooth process, phenomenal service from start to finish and gorgeous, relaxing atmosphere. Strong hands, great technique and the best service I have yet to experience. 10/10.

The best staff, convenient location, and they direct bill which is amazing!!! The app they use to book appointments is a nightmare however you can phone and book your appointments. Nice relaxing environment, clean, and lots of free parking.

Had a great experience with Anna. She was super friendly and let me lead how much conversation I did or didn't want to have. She really focused on areas that were tight during my massage that she found/noticed without me even mentioning it. One would think all massage therapists would be the same, but that hasn't been my experience. She was thorough on the tight spots and managed to find time to also fit in full body while the cups worked on my back. Very happy with my experience with her and will definitely be going back for her.

I come here for both massage and acupuncture. Anna is great for massage. I always leave feeling relaxed and often find myself falling asleep, that's never happened before! Would highly recommend. I also come here for acupuncture, Dr. Yi Lai is great. She is so kind and does a great job explaining how everything works. I feel great after each sessions with both.

Andrea is amazing! I usually come to her in a mess - tight neck and shoulders from too much "working from home" on screens, and sore leg muscles from previous surgeries. She is very calm, gentle and intuitive. I love the way she finishes the session with peppermint oil. I always leave feeling so relaxed, rejuvenated and a lot less sore. Thank you Andrea!!
