I don’t know who made the sheets there but I’ve washed the same blue flitted she 4 times and it’s steel shedding major lint I can’t even wash it with anything else or it ruins it with covering it in blue lint. When I shake the sheet after washing it , it leaves a huge mess of lint on the floor. It’s like nothing I’ve ever seen. A total wast of money I jus t any to throw it away.

Great customer service. Spent days searching for an electric massage table and got it sorted within an hour. Joe and Vera was so helpful. They manage to get my massage table made within two days with exact size, color and thickness that i want. Prairie electric table was made by local craftsmanship and supported by Oakworks motor. As RMT it will definitely help prolong the health of my hands and body and with a little delivery charge they bring my table up the stairs and installed it in my clinic, how convenience! I'm a busy massage therapist, when i need a product MTSO is always there to assist me. Thank you so much for an exceptional customer service.

I had to wait almost 3 weeks for what I thought were good quality MADE IN CANADA flannel sheets (expensive too). When I finally got them: Cheap finish and very narrow. Today I used one of the fitted sheets for the second time and the fabric teared. Very poor quality.

Went in here after my other half recommended that we take a look at the place as she is doing her RMT course and found it absolutely amazing for the store and staff. The individuals that were in the store at the time were very knowledgeable and very quick to help with all the basic questions and setup needs that were brought forward. They definitely have a wide selection of therapy items, beds, and accessories that go with most all set ups. Will be continuing to go back here for the majority of supplies that my other half needs without question.

Terrible customer service. My colleague called on Thursday to reserve to beds. Told payment was done when beds are returned. Went to pick them up today, different story which is fine but the girl helping was not friendly at all, borderline rude. Also, you have to write your credit card number down on a piece of paper which seems a bit dodgy in 2017.
