Christine is the best massage therapist that I have been to and I have been to a lot over the years. I came to her initially because of stress and spending too much time at my desk. But she very quickly figured out there was a lot more going on than the physical aspect. She has a holistic approach and is very intuitive. She always talks to you and gets a sense for what are your trouble areas. But she also has a knack for knowing what you need and finding areas that are causing the problem. I feel so relaxed after my session with Christine and my range of motion was a lot better. I also feel more in touch with what my body is trying to tell me. I would highly recommend Love 4 U and Christine as a massage therapist.

I see Christine when my life is on fire (which is the majority of the time). I have seen a large number of therapists and ran a large health and wellness clinic where I employed over 32 therapists in the 10 year span. I can honestly say, hands down, that Christine brings a unique flavor to the sessions. I literally melt into the table, have been known to snore and drool and have requested that she charges me for the day so I can continue to sleep and release. (PS she does not offer this option no matter how much you beg and plead). My entire family loves her and demand sessions with her because it really is love for self on the table when you have sessions with her. I highly recommend her as part of your self care routine.
