I found CMMT partway through my first pregnancy and wish I had sooner. Kathy K offers both pre-natal and post-natal massages that I would highly recommend! She is approachable, knowledgeable, flexible for bookings, listens to client needs and treats the problem areas accordingly. The side laying is extremely comfortable throughout pregnancy and if breastfeeding. Clinic is clean, cozy, and relaxing environment.

Just had my first appointment there with Kathy and I found it impressively relaxing! I am usually tensed having my first few appointments at a new massage place (new environment, unfamiliar touch with new hands) but in my first appointment with Kathy I slowly dosed off several times. She gives the slow-finger-pressing technique, with very good pressures. Her every press is on the right spots. Laying on the side is very comfortable as she has the strong supportive pillow for the belly bump and breasts, for the thighs, inner thighs, and a regular pillow to hold to the chest. I booked another 3 appointments with her right after, for every other week until my due date. Highly recommended!

Kathy Kozmech is knowledgeable and friendly. I'be had great experiences with getting both pre and post natal massages with her. I highly recommend her to expectant moms and once baby arrives! The treatment rooms are clean and cozy, and the side-lying technique that Kathy uses is especially comfortable (and recommended!).

I have been seeing Kathy K for post-natal massage. Kathy is wonderful and I regret not finding her sooner. She has helped me to overcome injuries I encountered when resuming exercise after a lengthy period of bedrest during my pregnancy. I am very pleased with my treatments and progress.
