I've been here twice for a massage therapy session. I've been pleased both times, and have another appointment booked. It is not designed to look like a fancy spa, so understand that going in. Their treatments work very well, and they are very professional. Your therapist, in my case Kevin, always does a follow up from the previous session. They also give you stretches/tips if things you can do at home to help.

Booked a 1.5 hour deep tissue massage. It was barely a massage, never mind the deep tissue part. I asked several times throughout the massage for the therapist to apply more pressure and she would not change pressure at all. It made the hour feel extra long, and it was frustrating to endure. I ended up leaving feeling no better than when I had arrived. The therapist’s reply was that I should stretch more. This place also isn’t cheap. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the massage or for the attitude.

Convenient neighborhood SC clinic that always has availability even at the last minute. I usually head over to their metro centre location downtown but living in the area, it's great in a pinch (pun intended) when you have a sudden knot or stiff nick that needs fixing. Friendly service and the therapists are professional. Large waiting room too with free water.

I had the absolute worst customer service experience. When a customer books an appointment the clinic should honour the day/time. Completely unprofessional and their receptionists are incompetent. How hard is it to maintain a schedule? Made no attempt to accommodate the situation. Such a bad experience. The reason why I go to get a massage is to relax - this was the complete opposite. My time is valuable and I would never recommend this place. If you want horrible service and a mediocre massage then take your chances and come here if you're desperate.

Nihai did an amazing job listening as to what areas I have in pain and trying to fix it during our session where as most masseuses usually just focus on your back. It's worth the money spent and I find its standard amongst what most rmt's charge. Also prior to arranging my appointment I asked questions as to the types of massage and what would be best for me. The receptionist did an amazing job informing me and pairing myself with the right masseuse because not all of them can do deep tissue massage.

I had a really great massage at this clinic. I tend to be quite picky for massages since I have been dealing with intense chronic pain for years. My masseuse was knowledgeable and used the correct amount of pressure. It also helps that the team is friendly and the clinic is set up nicely. I will be back.

This place is awful. Freezing room. One flimsy sheet on the bed. No relaxing scent. No soft lighting. Nothing relaxing about this experience at all! Would never reccomend this place for a massage.
