I was never one to believe in massage and so on. But after trying other ways to try and solve my issues (without success) I figured I had nothing to lose by giving this a try. I did not lose anything, in fact I gained in health and mobility. And to be honest, it was not only more beneficial than other therapies but also less expensive. Bottom line is: go! It is good for you.

Decided to come here since it is in my neighbourhood, and since getting pregnant, I have been too busy to go for a massage, and they had some RMTs that specialized in prenatal massage. I also have not been having much luck finding a good massage therapist in my new neighbourhood. Nadeen was great - I honestly have not had such a good massage in a long time. She made me incredibly comfortable, which was surprising since I was pregnant and was unsure how that would affect my positioning, but it gave me great relief in my upper body and back and left me so relaxed. Also the office seems to have a decent amount of clients, which should be reflective of their greats services. Definitely would return when I get a chance!

There is no better feeling than an ease of aches and pain after moving. I knew it would be effective and getting a massage the following day after moving was a Godsend. Pedro at Rustic Massage has the magic touch. My lower back pain was completely gone!!! I cannot recommend this clinic enough!!!

Man am I glad I found this place! Its a cozy and clean place, and the staff are very caring of their customers/patients. Rosa is my massage therapist. She goes into detail with specifics, and takes the time after sessions to explain stretches that will help me. Rosa is also very mindful of pain when massaging, but if you need a knot ironed out, she will also apply the proper pressure. Submitting insurance claims is very easy and helpful there. I highly recommend this place if you are going for therapy or even just for relaxation massages. They also have many other services, go check it out. Thank you!!

This was my first visit to Rustic Massage Therapy & Health Clinic and it was without a doubt one of the best treatments that I have experienced. Carlo thoroughly reviewed the issues I was having with my neck and back and he tailored and targeted his treatment to specific tension areas to best address the referring pain I've been having. He is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend Carlo and Rustic Massage Therapy. I definitely will be going back May 11, 2021 - Went in with issues with my lower back and wrist (carpel). I've used Carlo in the past and he has always made as difference. Carlo focused on these areas and once again was effective in relieving a lot of the discomfort. I highly recommend Rustic Massage Therapy. Nov 2, 2021 - Received treatment for my lower back from Pedro. Pedro was up to speed with my file and I was not disappointed with his treatment. I felt much better after the treatment as he addressed several issues I was having and provided some post treatment recommendations. Definitely will continue to use Rustic Massage.
