Charity is not your average massage therapist. I have been to many other massage therapists and she definitely stands out. She seems to be able to get to the heart of whatever issues you might be experiencing. Her experience and knowledge are incredible. Her thoroughness, attention to detail and the depth that she goes to (literally) are things that I've never experienced with other RMTs. I know that she cares deeply about her work and wants to make a difference. She has become my new go to massage therapist. All I can say is Wow! And I definitely agree with another poster who said that she's not for the faint of heart. She is truly amazing!

Charity has been treating me for a several years now. Charity was a referral from a friend after I injured my knee, where physiotherapy and sports rehab did not help. It wasn't until I saw Charity where finally I obtained relief and she help to fix the underlying cause of my knee pain. Her knowledge of injuries and massage technique is superior to other massage therapists I have tried. I have since seen her for rotator cuff injuries and ongoing health maintenance. I highly recommend her if you have an injury or require any musculoskeletal health maintenance.

Charity is incredible. She has been the only professional to help me. I went to see her for severe right leg and knee pain. The pain was at a point of barely being able to bend my knee and walk. She explained what was happening to my leg and why it was happening. After a few visits she was able to get me walking again. She also took the time to show me what I needed to do at home to keep me healthy. If you have any aches or pain, Charity can help relief the pain. She is incredible.

I had such a painful experience. It was my first visit with Charity just as she reopened post Covid. She offered me a mask and the space is very safe and clean. My body had locked up due to staying at home and I was in pain. The process was painful as she tried to unlock my body but after the pain it was so worth it! I think Charity cured my plantar fasciitis in a day! I have had this problem in my life for a long time and after this massage I have been able to stand and wash dishes in my sink in peace without pain. My whole body feels great and I am happy with the service I got. I would recommend her again and I would go back again and again.

After my session with Charity I felt immensely lighter and relaxed. I also noticed that the stiff muscles in my shoulders and neck were no longer persistent, I honestly felt like a brand new person afterwards. Charity is very knowledgeable and passionate about her business and she can tell what is wrong with you just by looking at you. I will definitely be back for a tune up!

I have been seeing Chairty for 3 years. She is more than an Rmt she’s a healer who has helped me recover from a few different knee tears. She helped me regain full range of motion when Physio could not. She is knowledgeable about the body, and can tell you things about your body that you didn’t know to help you heal. Though the deep tissue massage can be painful, it is very worth it. I highly recommend for people who work out regularly and lift heavy weights or play sports. Your body deserves Chairty!!

I'm not one to write a review but this is a well deserved 5 star. I never had massages before and had pain in my neck, back and shoulders for too long. I went to see Charity with an open mind as I didn't know what to expect. She is very knowledgeable. From assessing me she knew my problem areas right away. The massage was like I was in heaven and back. I had so much stiffness it was ridiculous, she was able to deeply massage my muscles and explain all the pressure points. After, I felt the best I hadn't felt in yrs it was like a 18 wheeler was lifted off of me. I'm so glad I made the appointment, no regrets. She has a great personality, the studio is clean, smells good and was very comfy. I would recommend this place.

Charity is hands down the best in the business. I have been seeing her since 2014 and she has become an integral part of my health and well-being. As someone who boxes and crossfits, my body deals with a lot of wear and tear. I am constantly sore and sometimes injured. She fixes me right up every time and that is not an exaggeration. Wrist injuries, neck injuries causing migraines, hairline fracture in the ribs, damaged knuckles,.. Charity has helped me heal from all of my injuries. There were times in the beginning when I couldn't handle the pain associated with the deep tissue massage she does - and she accommodated me accordingly. Over time, though, I have become accustomed to it and now the treatment is seamless. However, the joy and rejuvenation that I experience after the treatment only gets better each time. I feel like a new person after I see her and attack my fitness goals with new vigour. In all honesty, you are wasting your money if you see anyone else. Charity is the real deal.

I went to see Charity for my first time yesterday. She will now be my go-to therapist. I could never find anyone that would "dig deep" when giving a massage to get rid of the knots and tension I have. Welp, I have met my match. If you are looking for a true "deep tissue" massage, she is your girl. I feel completely rejuvinated today, albiet a little tender, but that comes with the type of massage I was seeking. I definetly will be recommending her to others.
