My frozen shoulder, which I suffered for 3 months, are better now. I've been to different places but they didn't help me the way this clinic helped me. Thanks to this professional and hardworking RMT who really found the source of my pain. Try massage with hilot, painful during the session but worth it after. I am so happy I found this place. Highly recommended to all.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! The best place I visited where my long time pain concerns were addressed for the first time by the RMT and Osteopath. She was exceptional. I tried both massage and osteopathy with her on different appointments. Never had these kinds of treatment before. Painful but manageable if you follow her instructions, but really made me feel a lot better. Clinic have strict but straight-forward policy on insurance billing to prevent any kind of insurance fraud, which made me feel safe and secure with my benefits. Very professional, friendly staff, and very organized and clean place. Will definitely keep coming back!

Terrible experience. They advertise direct billing with our insurance but they could not do it when we arrived. They wanted to charge us on the spot and asked us to write down our credit card information on a piece of paper. I'm not comfortable with leaving my credit card info and ID copy with random strangers, I don't understand why they need to keep my credit info when they want me to pay upfront. The front desk people were nice but management did not train their staff to be able to do business professionally. Would not recommend.

Never have I ever recieved a massage as good as I have with these therapists. I went in skeptical initially but, I left with not a thought in mind. I felt taller and just so relaxed. The masseuses know exactly what they're doing and are so very pleasant to be around. The ambiance and service was beyond my expectations. I love it here!!

I keep coming to this clinic monthly for over a year now since Jocelyn helped me with my sciatica. She is the best RMT for me eversince I started seeing other therapists years ago. To know that she is also an Osteopath (she helps me with me abdominal organs' health and chronic pain) which confirms how good she is. Staff are very friendly and nice.

This place is amazing!!! Got a regular massage by Jocelyn (RMT) once and have never gone anywhere else!!! My muscles have always been very tight (even with extensive stretching) and I carry a lot of tension throughout my body because of dancing, but since coming here and getting a massage from Jocelyn, my body feels so much more released and relaxed!! The clinic is also very nice and serene with a lovely cozy feeling and great staff!!

My friend and my brother in law was also given the form to fill out their complete Credit Card Information, they then clarified why do they have to input the details in writing if they are doing the direct billing. They're replied was If the Insurance did not pay us then we can charged it immediately to you. That's absurd! My friend advise me that it will be her 1st and last visit with Joy Massage Therapy & Wellness Clinic!

Not happy with the service. One of the RMT was trying to convert me into his religious belief during my paid session. This clinic is very sad. I booked an appointment online a few weeks ago and showed up to my appointment, only to find out that they cancelled it. Jocelyn was the one who called me, blamed it on the system. No compensation was given! But I didn't ask for one either. Today, I completely forgot I had an appointment, which happens when you're busy. Jocelyn called me and was upset and asked to be paid. I said no and she hung up on me. I don't think I will ever go back to this small time clinic. It's unprofessional and pathetic the way Jocelyn runs the business. Dont go theres better practices around.

I drive 40 minutes just to go to this location to get my massage (RMT). I'm a female but I like strong hands. Lavien (the guy) applies the right amount of pressure where I'm not in pain, but I still feel like he's getting the job done and applying pressure. Definitely recommend.

It’s my second time coming to this clinic for massage and hilot. From both experiences, I would honestly say that I feel more relieved from my discomfort and pain (on my neck, shoulders and upper back). I would definitely recommend this place for people to check out. Prices are reasonable & the ambiance, plus service is relaxing and amazing! ????

Exceptional customer service, extremely professional. She was genuinely concerned and provided great service. I would highly recommend, worth the travel by bus - 109 southbound from lawrence station. If you're driving you should take Lawrence and Marlee, the main intersection is literally beside Lawrence Square Mall. Also there's a route from Dufferin and Marlee (Would avoid due to typical traffic and road conditions).

I have been getting treatment for nearly 20 years at all kinds of places. This was perhaps the single worst experience I have ever had....I left mid session, and swore never to return.....Frankly, the massage itself was not terrible, but the staff was just horrible! Rude, inflexible and insulting. In particular Joyce was very offensive. Avoid if you can. I am responding to the response here: It was my third treatment, that is true. Like I said, the massage itself wasn't bad. But the staff and experience is horrible, and the comments made in your response are simply NOT TURE!! a) I don't know what you mean by inappropriate action, but I was on the table in pain which Joyce was telling me that my pain wasn't real, and was my fault. I don't see how I could have been inappropriate. b) I LEFT. Joyce DID NOT end the session..... I told her that if she didn't think she could help me, then we should stop. She said "OK" and left the room. Simply RUDE. .she simply kept telling me that I need to stay quiet. She is unprofessional, and to accuse me of being inappropriate is absurd! SHAME on you. If you heard about this incident before my review, then a responsible owner would have called to see what happened, and tried to resolve it. I would have been happy to leave this alone with a single review, but I now intend to ensure that the residents in the area are aware of how you treat patients!

Visited this clinic for the first time today. Jocelyn was lovely, very communicative, and gave a great massage! You can tell she's an osteopath as well, and she has very strong hands. The clinic is nice, it has good ambiance, and seems well-run; there's definitely care put into how they present themselves as professionals and as a facility. Also, the price was reasonable. I'll be going back!
