Lucy is my hero. From strained muscles to chronic lower back problems... THIS IS THE REAL DEAL. This is not a far east technique taught in a "western way". It takes time, common sense.... For some this works wonders (me) others find it doesn't work at all. Different strokes for different folks. Very COMPETENT.
