Very noisy environment. If you're looking for a relaxing massage, do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. It's impossible to relax and enjoy a massage with doors slamming, old creaky floors and all the other attendant noises. Disappointing to say the least. And not even an apology! If I could rate them less than one star, I would.

Do Not Recommend this clinic. Lack of proper management and customer service are the obvious reasons. I was there prior to my appointment after driving from Richmond Hill to this location on a rainy night. I was told to sit and waite. I was waiting for 25 minutes and the receptionist kept telling me that she will be you momentarily!! After I told her that I am in rush to meet someone after my massage, she said "sorry sir, your therapist picked another patient, so sorry " while I was there, sitting right in front of the reception desk. How can explain that??? I will diffintly go somewhere else!!!

Amazing service with great RMTs. I first visited this place with severe pain in my shoulder area. Just after one visit, the pain was practically reduced to almost nill. After the second visit it was gone. They're a little expensive than traditional RMTs. But worth the visit.

I absolutely love this business, they have so many RMT that’s available to suit most people’s schedule. They also have booking online which is really convenient and of course they are all registered so great for claiming on insurance. My go-to for registered massage; I've been going for 10 years. Massage therapists know their profession. Workshops are held on occasion. Book ahead because you're unlikely to be seen without one. Parking is limited. 60 minute massage taxes all in comes to $113, which I hear may go up soon.

My husband and I went in for a massage yesterday for the first time and loved it ! I had Manuela ( super great and calming! ) I did the prenatal massage and i definitely will be coming back for more ! My husband did the Swedish massage with Bernadette and enjoyed himself too :) The only thing was we initially booked a couples massage but we ended up getting a massage in separate rooms when we got there.. not sure why .. but we were too excited to complain and enjoyed our time anyway :). All in all amazing experience!

I had one of the best massages in a long time thanks to Rowena! I was in the couples room and it was very quiet with good music. The sheets are clean and scent free. The clinic is clean, and the receptionist is very friendly and professional. You can see that the owners had put in a lot of work to ensure that the facility is clean, especially during COVID. Their online system is very good. I will definitely come back.

If you want to feel absolutely amazing and renewed, you’ve got to come here!! The entire staff are friendly, professional and dedicated. I must say, I feel extremely safe through the pandemic with the questionnaire prior to your appointment, sanitizing stations everywhere, temperature check and overall disinfecting. Rachel C. is the best RMT in the game! She will check-in throughout the appointment to ask if you need to modify anything. It really makes for a solution-specific and productive appointment. Her technique has really given me my life back (pain-free) :) I will be going at LEAST once a month!

I've had treatments from around 7 different therapists over the years, and they have all been outstanding. The clinic is very calming and elegant on the inside, they have free parking, and they're open every day of the week, so I can always find an appointment that suits my schedule. What's not to love about this place!?!

He was feeling sore the next day which is the usual and they tell you but after two days his pain was gone. I strongly recommend thus place if you like deep tissue massage.

Been coming here over a year now. I’ve tried 5-6 of the RMT. Minu is my preferred provider now. Clean space, generally on time appointments. Little pricey at $105 before tax, which is higher than standard insurance pay out if you have coverage. Recommended if you can make the price work.

For a professional place that charges over average rates I expect a simple appointment booking can be done. So ridiculous. Waste of my damn time and money.

But it is worth noting that during covid they have gone above and beyond to ensure cleanliness, safety and protocols that make me feel 100% secure in the service they provide. I love that I can get a massage or fascia stretch and that I always come out feeling so much better. This is a fantastic company - I highly recommend!

I've been going here for years - almost all therapists are good, however if there was one person I would NOT recommend, it would have to be Rachel. I wonder if she's one of the new therapists, but it felt very uncomfortable throughout my entire session. And although I had requested to put more pressure twice, she didn't adjust/it felt like she didn't know what to do. She kept telling me my shoulders were really stiff. In the end I just gave up and waited for my session to come to an end. She also massaged my feet -> face, I freaked out and asked her to stop. I love coming back here, but I wish therapists had similar level of expertise.
