If you need proper physiotherapy treatments DO NOT waste your time or money at Stamford Physiotherapy, they are too lazy to give you the proper treatments that you need, once I went to another therapist I was told Stamford Physiotherapy was not giving me proper treatments for my injury and many people complain about the lack treatments from the lazy therapist at Stamford Physiotherapy.this place is a joke.. DO NOT RECOMMEND Stamford Physiotherapy..

In a nutshell, the treatment I received at Stamford Physio was good. Very good, in fact. Since receiving the Physio I am no longer experiencing back pain. In fact, I signed up for a clinical trial to determine if CBD would be of any benefit and never bothered to fill the prescription. No need to. Needless to say, I am continuing to do the stretches and isometrics as explained to me by Gabriel, but as mentioned, I am no longer experiencing any significant pain. If I have a relapse I will most definitely return to Stamford Physio Clinic for further treatment. Highly Recommended!

Not upfront with billing They tell you to go 2x a week and don’t want to talk about pricing. They just want your insurance info After 6x of going they tell you you have to pay them and deal with your insurance yourself

I attended this clinic once in mid March and since providing them with my claim information they’ve failed to adequately communicate with myself and my insurance for me to continue treatments. No follow up and no treatment plan created. It’s been 8 weeks and all I can say is the lack of care is haunting.

The physio therapists and assistants are wonderful very knowledgeable and helpful. BUT the secretary is very rude. So rude I will never go back there. I needed a form filled out to return to work. Her response was to yell at me and say " I can't physically put a pen in her hand and force her to sign it". This is the second time she has been rude to me for simply asking a question.

After receiving a cheque from insurance company just had not had a chance to drop off to Stamford Physiotherapy. Received a letter stating that if we didn’t pay this was considered fraud and legal action would be taken. Who sends a letter like this? Payment has been made and unfortunately we will not return.
