I called to schedule an appointment there was no answer. I later received a text that I was out of area based on my phone number and couldnt book an appointment and to look elsewhere. I live blocks away from the business. Nobody bothered to call me back or ask if I was in the area. It is a 905 number which is local to the area. I was looking forward to going here but I guess they don't need business if they can turn people away with out a follow up call or question.. Gratitude Aesthetics in town has better prices and amazing atmosphere/ quality! Edit: The problem wasn't proving the ID, the problem was getting dismissed right away. No one asked me for that information, I was told my number wasn't local and to continue my search. My number was given to me when I moved to St. Catharines. If your business platform is going to revolve around an area code then you should know 905 belongs to St. Catharines.
